Set just a stone's throw from the beach, this lovely house in Son Veri Nou, in the South of Mallorca, welcomes 6 guests.
This nice house is located near the sea in a quiet and residential area. The upper terrace surprises with wonderful ocean views. Outdoors, there's a gravel area with sun loungers where to relax and a furnished terrace. Enjoy a glass of wine before lunch under the parasol or reading a good book on the first floor terrace. The plot is fenced and there are next door neighbors.

The house comprises 3 floors, being the top one just a terrace. It is decorated in a simple but cozy style so you're invited to feel like home. The common rooms are on the first floor including a spacious and bright sitting-dining room on the ground floor, providing a TV with satellite channels, A/C and a dining table for 6 guests. If you fancy cooking, the air conditioned kitchen is fitted with a gas hob, gas oven, microwave, blender, coffee machine etc. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Guest can choose between three nice bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is still on the first floor and it offers a bunk bed and a fan. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor both with twin beds -and one with AC and the other with a fan. Two of the bedrooms also have a radiator. There is one shower bathroom on each floor. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The quiet town of Son Veri Nou has a lovely beach which is just 76 meters from the property. At the same time, Palma de Mallorca is just a 15 minutes' drive. The city offers a wide range of leisure, culture, nightlife and gastronomy. You can visit the Cathedral La Seu and the Bellver Castle, take a stroll through the picturesque old town and finish your day with a cocktail on the sea promenade Paseo Marítimo. If you like shopping, there are lots of shops and if you're a foodie, you can choose between numerous restaurants and bars.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
