In this large house with private pool in the closer surroundings to Inca find 6 - 8 people a second home.
Start the day in the best way with a lovely breakfast on the porch with the whole family. Then, maybe you will enjoy a bath in the chlorine pool with 6m x 4m and a depth of between 0.5m and 1.8m. Four sun loungers invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. The cooks among you can prepare tasty dishes on the fixed barbecue. The plot is comletely fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

The living room has a simple and comfortable style, offering satellite TV and a dining table for six guests. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas hob, utensils, oven and dishwasher so you do not have to bother with the scrubbing after cooking. The house does not privide washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bathtub as well as a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each and a bedroom with two single beds; all fitted with a fan. For the youngest ones we will provide a cot and high chair on request.

The finca is only a few kilometers distance to Inca, where you will find lovely restaurants, shops, large supermarkets and all the necessary services for an independent stay. We recommand the thursday weekly market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Dont miss a visit in one of the "cellers" restaurants, with typical dishes of the island.
About 30 minutes drive you will reach the north coast with some beautiful sandy beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Son Serra de Marina. A car is recommended

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
