Amazing country house with private pool and wonderful garden and terraces. It is the perfect place for 6 people to enjoy their vacation in Pollensa.
Have you ever imagined the paradise on earth? In this house you can dream with it... No doubt, the pool is the main character. Surrounded by greenery and wonderful views, its 7 x 4 metres size and 1.2 to 2.2 metres depth are perfect for a dip in the early morning and start de day with energy. There are several areas with sun loungers by the pool, so you can sunbathe or find peace reading a book under a tree. The lawn area is the perfect place for children to play after the swim. Coming close to the house, there is a zone with garden table and chairs where you can have an appetiser before lunch, surrounded by trees and vegetation. On one of the porches by the house, you will have a cup of coffee after lunch and enjoy a long table talk with your loved ones until late in the afternoon. At the other porch of the house there is a dining table for 8 people where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors and taste delicious grilled meats and fishes. There is also a ping pong table outside to make a family tournament and have time in good company. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The 130 m2 house presents a very cosy rustic style along just one floor. You will find a wonderful living-dining room when you enter. The wooden beams, the stoned walls and the fireplace give it a special atmosphere. The comfortable sofas invite to watch the satellite TV while refreshing with the air-conditioning, and the great dining table has room for 8 people. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave,... and it leads to the porch. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms where you will be able to rest after a day full of activities. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each. The three of them are air-conditioned. One has a chest of drawers and the other two come with a closet. If you are travelling with babies, we can prepare up to two cots and two high chairs. In order to smarten up, the house presents two bathrooms. The 1st one has a bathtub while the 2nd is outside and it has a shower. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms, and the house is also provided with an iron and an ironing board.
If, at any time, you decide to go out from this true heaven on earth, Pollensa is a great place to spend part of your holiday. All services can be found there like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops,... But you can also find a genuine architectonic and cultural treasure worth a visit several times. After ascending to the Calvari chapel, go downstairs and blend with locals at any of the bars in the main square. At night, the cloister of Sant Doming is full of music of all kinds with concerts. The market day is on Sunday and here you can buy local and artisan products, a souvenir from your vacation. The beach, on Port de Pollensa has fine sand and crystalline waters. Don't miss a walk along its characteristic and beautiful promenade.

11 guests reviewed this property. Die Außenanlagen, die Lage und der optische Eindruck der finca sind der absolute Wahnsinn. Erholung pur am tollen und sauberen Pool, mit einer Wahnsinns Aussicht. Hier kann man seinen Urlaub genießen. Innen ist die finca toll dekoriert. Ein Schlafzimmer von 3 ist mit einem guten Bett und einer passablen Matratze ausgestattet. Die beiden Einzelbetten sind leider eine Katastrophe. Die Matratzen könnten nicht mehr durchgelegen sein. Die Küche ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Nur die Kaffemaschine könnte für 6 Personen ein etwas größeres Fassungsvermögen haben als 2 Tassen ;) Alles in allem kann man mit wenig Geld und kleinen Verbesserungen ein Traumobjekt daraus machen. Zu empfehlen ist der Aufenthalt definitiv, aber bitte die Matratzen mal erneuern.!
See more The garden and surroundings of the house are beautiful, if the weather is good, this is all you need. If it will be colder weather, it is advised to bring extra blankets and clothes as it is quite cold and a little damp inside the house. Unfortunately it is only possible to have either the lights in one room, or the oven, or one air conditioner heater on at a time without the electrics stopping working. Ideally you would need the heater and the fire on as the house does not keep warm and is quite dark inside because it is a traditional Finca. We would advise bringing all cleaning equipment, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc, as the rules and fines are strict and there are none of these items that come with the house itself. Also, if you would like to cook anything specific it is a good idea to bring utensils etc as there are some with the property but not much and they are quite old. It is a good idea to note the quite early check out time as the agency are unable to accommodate a later check out even when the house is not booked on the check out day or following days. We were lucky that although we were told we must absolutely be out of the house by 10am because of the cleaning schedule, the cleaners didn’t actually turn up until midday so we had a little breathing room. This cannot be guaranteed of course and as mentioned, it wasn’t possible for the agency to be flexible. Overall the house is good if you like something rustic and older and are ok with making a few adjustments to your daily routine such as more than two people showering with hot water, or are spending lots of time outdoors.

Tres belle maison dans la campagne de Pollenca. Idéale en famille. Maison très bien équipée de plein pied idéal avec des enfants. Très calme avec très belle vue sans vis a vis. Pas loin de pollenca / port pollenca et des plages. Un très bon spot pour visiter l'île.

This truly is a very beautiful finca. Although it is in a rustic location, it is only a few kilometres and a short drive to Pollença and is a great location to explore the rest of the island. The manicured lawns and drought resistant gardens are relaxing with several outside seating areas to enjoy eating breakfast, lunch or dinner and the large swimming pool was perfect for cooling down . The interior of the finca is well furnished and has good facilities, but the kitchen has very little work surface space. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water at all times for our family of 5. We also found the owners to be very responsive when there was a problem with a power cut caused by the electricity company.

A beautiful, traditional finca with *magnificent* gardens and pool. First, hats off to the gardener - the planning and arrangement of the garden took real love and dedication. The location is rural and peaceful but not very far from Pollensa. The living room and bedrooms are comfortable; the kitchen is rather basic but fine for cooking.
