Welcome to this magnificent country house for 6-10 guests on the outskirts of Sineu. A great private pool and dreamlike corners are awaiting for you in its garden.
The exterior area is very beautiful since this is mainly gardened and spotted by the natural stone around, emphasising the Mallorcan character. The garden offers a feeling of peace and calm to our guests while they enjoy a walk throughout or watch the little ones having fun in the lawn. The exterior area also is characterised by the impressive water salt pool that sizes 11 x 5 metres with a water depth ranging from 1 to 2.1 metres. There also are 10 sun loungers to bask in the sun and a great porch for a delicious breakfast early in the morning. At noon, a good barbecue awaits to cook succulent grilled meals that you can enjoy at the terrace as well as a cup of coffee afterwards, while children have a great time at the little wooden house. It has been fitted out both a workshop and a storage for bicycles. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The two storey stone house features a spacious living-dining room that provides the charm we all need to feel at home. You can rest in it, watching the satellite TV channels, reading a book, playing board games or listening to your favourite CDs. Next, you find the kitchen, with a traditional style, that includes a gas top, oven and microwave among others, as well as a table with chairs in case you prefer to enjoy your meals in here. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe on this floor and also a shower bathroom. When upstairs, you find 4 more bedrooms with a wardrobe, two of them with two twin beds and the other two with two double beds, and one of the latest with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. If you are travelling with your babies we can prepare up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs. This top floor also offers an independent bathroom with a tub and a air-conditioning unit in the corridor in order to cool the atmosphere on the whole floor. Nevertheless, there also are 6 fans available. You will also be happy to know that there are screens in all windows to keep insects out, and that the owners are concerned with the environment, so the house is solar-powered during the day and operates with electricity at night. The laundry room is independent offering a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a tumble dryer.

Sineu is a beautiful town with abundant agriculture and also characterised by the local and family shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. This town is famous on the island for its flea market that takes place every Wednesday. It is one of the oldest markets on the island where you can buy local products, fruits and vegetables from the area, animals, etc. Close to Sineu there are several charming small towns such as Maria de la Salut, Lloret de Vista Alegre, Llubí, etc. worth a visit. The nearest beach is about 22 km from the property, the paradisaical beach of Can Picafort with crystalline waters and white sand. It goes along the coast up to Puerto de Alcudia, so you can enjoy a walk by the shore and admire the views, the scent of the sea and the marine colours.
