We had a lovely family holiday for a week staying at this villa. The management agency were very efficient, cooperative and accommodating. Rooms were big and spacious. Catered very well for my 1 year old - additional cot, high chair etc. Everything in great condition. Local shops are nearby walking distance. In a quiet relaxing location close to the sea. The villa was big enough to ensure everyone didn't get under each others feet. The outside space was very big and clean. It was great to have the car park/basement which made us feel our rental car was definitely safe and secure. Great for a family booking. The whole villa was spotless and comfortable.

This modern, well-equipped villa with private pool is in Son Veri Nou and offers accommodation to 10 guests.
The house has a lawn area and a swimming pool, a perfect place to refresh during hot summer days! It has 5 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, heating and closet, and all of them with two twin beds. Two of the rooms are en suite. There are two more bathrooms with shower (1 can be found in the garage) and a toilet. The big living room is very well lighted and it has comfy sofas, satellite TV, WIFI and a big dining table. The kitchen is fully furnished with a modern and practical style and it has all the appliances you might need during your vacation.
The outside is a perfect place to enjoy your days in this beautiful island. There are tables and chairs for all guests so you will be able to enjoy summer dinners with friends and family!
Son Verí Nou is very well connected: nearby there is a big supermarket and in s’Arenal you will find a Yacht Club, shops, restaurants and bars. If you like playing golf you have a selection of three different Golf Courses, all accessible with a short drive.
A few meters from the house there are different coves where you can have a relaxing swim. Nearby you will be able to discover other beaches that are worth to visit: Cala Blava, Cala Pi, Es Trenc, or Colònia de Sant Jordi, from where you can take a boat to the little island of Cabrera (National Park).

4 guests reviewed this property. Wir waren mit 3 Familien in der Finca. Alles entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und Angaben. Jeden 2. Tag kam ein Poolboy und ein Gärtner und machten alles sauber. Top Die moderne Küche hat sehr viel Geschirr in den Schränken. Es ist sogar eine Fritteuse eingebaut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit nochmal diese finca buchen.

Vielleicht ist sie ja bereit , die Küche nachzurüsten , es fehlt ja nicht super viel, neue Pfannen, Salatbesteck , Kartoffelschäler , Knoblauch Presse etc.Das mit den unbequemen Betten , da arrangieren wir uns schon."
