Spend a fantastic an peaceful holiday in this villa in the inside of the island. Outside you will find the beautiful chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 4 metres and has a depth that goes from 0.9 to 2 meters. It is surrounded by a wonderful terrace where you will find sunbeds for sunbathing and a table for 4 people to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors as well as tasting delicious barbecues. There is also an exterior shower to cool down if you don't feel like a dip into the pool. By the terrace you will find the wonderful porch with a seating area to have a coffee as well as a comfortable dining table. You can also enjoy the summer weather in another furnished terrace which is surrounded by vegetation and includes a table for 4 people. The property is fenced within a quiet urbanisation with nearby neighbours.

The 139 m2 house has just one floor, and a traditional and practical style. You can have a rest in the living room, on the sofa or the armchairs while watching the TV Sat or reading a book while refreshing with the air conditioning. Some steps up you get into the dining area for 6 people which communicated with the kitchen through an arch. The kitchen includes a induction cooker and it is fully equipped, including also a small table with for two people for breakfasts or cooking in company. There are two bedrooms in the house. One has two single beds, a closet and it is air-conditioned. the other has a double bed, a closet and a fan for the hottest days. The only bathroom includes a bathtub and a hairdryer. If you are travelling with baby, a cot and a highchair are also available. Finally, the house counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Campanet is a little village in the interior of Mallorca, close to the mountains. It can be the starting point of beautiful excursions like Ses Fonts Ufanes, even although the water doesn't gush (since you will meet an impressive spot you don't expect within Majorca); the Puig de ca na miner, a beautiful excursion although not suitable for the little ones, or the Coves de Campanet. You will find all basic services at the village but in Inca, a close city, you will find all you need for an independent stay. the nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, 15.7 km away. It has white and fine sand and crystalline water, as well as leisure and where you will be able to practice several eater sports.
