Les damos la bienvenida a esta maravillosa casa de campo, para 4 personas, situada entre Vilafranca de Bonany y Manacor.
Los exteriores son maravillosos. Junto a una preciosa piscina de cloro, -de 8 x 4 m y con una profundidad de 0.2 a 1.7 m-, les acoge un porche muy bien amueblado para disfrutar de unos días cálidos tomando una copa de vino. También disponen de tumbonas para disfrutar del sol y una ducha exterior para refrescarse rápidamente. Otro porche amueblado con una mesa con sillas es ideal para esas cenas de verano preparadas en la barbacoa. La parcela, dentro de un entorno agrícola, está vallada y ofrece total privacidad.
En el interior, el amplio salón abierto al comedor y la cocina, es un espacio ideal para estar acompañados en familia o entre amigos. El espacio destinado al descanso y la tranquilidad es la zona de estar, con cómodos sofás y televisión satélite. La cocina, de estilo mallorquín, es práctica y tiene todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios para poder cocinar como en casa, cocina de vitrocerámica, horno y demás. La casa cuenta con dos habitaciones grandes, una de ellas con cama doble y baño en-suite con bañera, y la otra con dos camas individuales. Ambas cuentan con aire acondicionado, armario y espacio para alojar una cuna y una trona. Luego hay un segundo baño con ducha que da servicio a toda la vivienda, y la lavandería que es independiente y dispone de lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Por último, hay dos ventiladores en caso de que los necesiten.
La ubicación de la propiedad es ideal si están buscando conocer una de las formas de vida más arraigadas de la isla, que es la agricultura. Vilafranca de Bonany es un pequeño pueblo donde el encanto es palpable por contar sólo con esos pequeños comercios de frutas y verduras cultivadas por la gente local, y con los bares y restaurantes típicos mallorquines. Por el contrario, Manacor está cerca y cuenta con mucha más actividad comercial y demás. La casa está situada entre ambas poblaciones, a 4.4 km de Vilafranca y 7 km de Manacor. Y si quieren conocer las playas, la más cercana es la de Porto Cristo a unos 25.3 km.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights, and the only problem we had was that it wasn't long enough! The house is absolutely gorgeous, exactly as pictured/described if not better - it's really spacious and stays nice and cool inside if you keep the shutters closed during the day. It's totally private and out of the way, but easy enough to find and really well situated for exploring the island. We especially enjoyed having our own pool, and managed to squeeze in a night time swim (the pool looks really pretty with the lights on!). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Majorca, and would absolutely love to stay here again if we came back!

When looking for a villa to rent in Majorca we loved the pictures of this villa but were hesitant to book given the lack of reviews. We decided to take a chance and I'm so pleased we did!! It is an amazing little finca, so well finished off inside and out (it's recently renovated I think). There is wifi (abit slow but I think we've been pampered with superfamily broadband back home!!). There is a TV and satellite thingy but only 1 or 2 channels in English so didn't watch it much. Air con in the 2 bedrooms and that is plenty powerful to cool the whole place. Excellent kitchen, very well stocked with various cutlery and pans etc, coffee maker and toaster, fridge freezer, tea towels and cloths and cleaning stuff. Washing machine and dishwasher also came in very handy! Pool area is amazing, we spend a lot of time round it (yes present tense as we are still here!!). Steps into pool are fantastic for our 2 toddlers when getting in and out. It's a little cool as it's not heated but that's sort of what you want in these high temperatures!! On arrival there was a lovely bottle of wine and some snacks left out for us on the table, which was a lovely gesture and it was very much enjoyed after a long journey from the UK!! The directions provided were spot on, would have been impossible to find the place without them as the road it's on doesn't have a name so the sat nav was clueless!! Roughly 30 minutes from 3 different coasts, on North coast east coast and south coast. SOOOOO many beaches to visit and not enough time! Very private garden and so peaceful. We will highly recommend this place to all our friends and family (and hopefully will be back again ourselves!!) x
