The house was everything we dreamed of! Pool was stunning, and the view even better. We stayed without a car, and it went perfectly fine. You can easily walk to Cala Millie, and if necessary, a taxi back is super cheap. The owners were so sweet and even offered us a ride multiple times. Overall a great experience, and can totally be recommended.

Bienvenidos a esta bonita villa situada en las afueras de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. Tiene capacidad para 6 personas.
Los exteriores son muy bonitos, dispone de amplias zonas ajardinadas, una piscina de cloro de 11 x 6 m con una profundidad que va de 0.4 a 2 m, una amplia terraza, un porche totalmente equipado, una barbacoa y magníficas vistas a la costa.
La casa distribuye sus 290 m2 en dos plantas. El salón-comedor es muy acogedor, dispone de un sofá, TV-Sat, una mesa con sillas y chimenea. La cocina-comedor, independiente y de gas, dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar sin ningún problema. Hay lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Dispone de tres dormitorios, dos con dos camas individuales cada uno, y uno con cama de matrimonio y baño en suite con bañera. Hay disponibilidad para una cuna y una trona. Hay un baño con ducha que da servicio a toda la casa.
Son Servera les queda a tan solo 2.5 km donde encontrará todo aquello qu pueda necesitar durante su estancia. Cala millor, un núcleo turístico costero, le queda a tan solo 1.8 km donde podrá encontrar gran variedad de ocio y diferentes playas. En la zona encontrará playas y calas como Playa de Sant Llorenç, Cala Bona, y muchísimas más. En las diferentes calitas de la zona, encontrará barcos turísticos que les llevaran a visitar toda la zona este de la isla. No se puede perder la visita a “Las cuevas del Drach”, situado en Portocristo, que son un conjunto de 4 cuevas conectadas entre sí; éstas se han formado por acción de la entrada del agua del mar Mediterráneo. Alojan un gran lago subterráneo, llamado Lago Martel (Llac Martel), de unos 115 m de longitud y 30 m de ancho. En este lago se ofrecen diariamente conciertos de música clásica en directo. Se puede cruzar el lago en barca al finalizar el concierto.

Die Vermittlungsleistung war einwandfrei / gut. Gut war auch, dass wir früher in das Haus durften. Wenn wir angerufen haben, wurde uns geholfen.
Finca und Pool waren in sehr schön. Kleinere Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Die Aussicht auf Cala Millor, nebst Mittelmeer war wunderschön. WLAN ohne Gebühren.Nichts... Alles OK

A nice place to stay with friends for a week! Enjoy the location in Cala Millor and the beautiful sunrises as well as the panoramic view from there. It's just one hour away from Palma and you can reach the house by car. You will get more than one parking spot. The pool is brilliant and has light when you enjoy swimming in the evening. The area around is pretty quiet and no one will annoy you, so you can be also a bit "louder" if you want to turn up your favorite music ;) There are 6 single beds in 3 rooms plus 1 master bed in a separated room. You will find towels and blankets in the closets. The kitchen is ready to use and you will find more than enough spots to sit and enjoy your stay with 6 people.
Ver más Viele unerwartete Annehmlichkeiten (frisches Obst, Wasser im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft). Die Unterkunft übertraf in vielerlei Hinsicht in Sachen Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage die Erwartungen! Sehr großer Garten auch mit Schattenplätzen und tollem Pool. Bei Ankunft war es etwas muffelig im Haus und die Abflüsse im Bad rochen sehr unangenehm.
Ver más We are a family of 5 and have just returned from our holiday here and I must say we had a fantastic time. Yes the bathrooms could do with being upgraded and there is a bit of a smell in one. It could do with some air condition units in the bedrooms but the rest of the place is great. It is just like the photos, we liked the old style of the place. It is secure, spacious and clean and the outside pool area is just amazing (and when you're in a hot place like this it is where you are going to spend most of your time). It looks even better when the lights are on in the pool at night, perfect for a late night swim. The only thing missing for me in the kitchen was a kettle but there was a coffee machine. When we arrived we had a bottle of wine, bottles of water and some fruit left for us which was a lovely touch. The location is nice with lovely views and only a few other villas dotted around giving you good privacy. The nearest supermarket is just about a mile down the hill and the beaches, shops and restaurants not much further (we had a car and I would recommend having one if staying here, it makes trips to the supermarket easier). Yes there is a resident dog (we think called Pedro) who is in the grounds just below in front of the villa he did bark a bit but wasn't much of a bother. We would definitely return to this villa in the future.
Ver más This is an absolutely incredible and beautiful villa! The photos do not do it justice - the house and the pool are huge!!!! There is so much space in the house and outside. The photos do not show that the house is two floors and that every bedroom has access to a balcony - this was a bonus to find out when we arrived. The grassy area outside is kept in lovely condition which made it wonderful to read outside in the shade and warm weather. It is a very easy, straight walk to Cala Millor and the beach. The beach is beautiful - white sand and crystal blue sea. There are many supermarkets in Cala Millor and has everything that is needed for a fabulous holiday. I cannot rate this villa highly enough! There is no doubt that I would return to this villa and I was very sad to leave.
