Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Ausstattung war top. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft haben wir bisher bei keiner anderen gehabt. Wirklich traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder.

Fantástica villa con piscina privada y espacio para 6 personas, situada en las afueras de S'Alqueria Blanca, en Santanyí.
Esta maravillosa villa tiene ubicada la playa a tan sólo 1.8 km, ¡pero nuestros invitados apenas desean salir de aquí! Y es que imagínense lo estupendo que es poder pasar los días nadando tranquilamente en la piscina privada de cloro, -de 8 x 4 m, y con una profundidad de 0.9 a 2 m-, tomando el sol en las 7 tumbonas o preparando ricas barbacoas bajo el porche. La parcela está vallada y hay vecinos.
Al entrar en la casa encuentran una estupenda y tradicional cocina-sala-comedor, perfecta para cocinar en los fogones de gas, comer todos juntos y ver la televisión satélite al mismo tiempo si lo desean. Luego tienen 3 habitaciones, dos de ellas con dos camas individuales y la tercera con cama doble. Dos de ellas disponen de armario. Hay una cuna y una trona disponibles también y 4 ventiladores. Por último, hay dos baños, uno con bañera que da servicio a la casa, y otro con ducha junto a la piscina. En uno de ellos tienen la lavadora, la plancha y la tabla de planchar.
S'Alqueria Blanca es un pequeño pueblo, perteneciente a Santanyí, muy próximo a la costa. La propiedad se ubica a unos 3.3 km de éste y a sólo 1.8 km de una de las calas más preciosas de la isla, Cala Mondragó. También tienen el protegido Parque Natural de Mondragó que merece sin duda una excursión o, al menos, un agradable paseo. El campo de golf también está a apenas 7 km, el Golf Platz Cala d'Or.

13 huéspedes valoraron esta propiedad. The place near Portopetro is very nice. We really liked the outside of the house. It was cosy and beautiful. It was perfect for our workation. Inside it was okay. The house has a little smell of its own and unfortunately the washing machine did not work. But the communication and help with the agency was great.

The location is gorgeous, the house is clean and the pool with outdoor kitchen is simply fantastic. Also well located to get to supermarket, restaurants, nature etc by car in just a few minutes.For this price I would have expected air-conditioning or at least mosquito-nets in the windows. We were fortunate to have almost no insects in June, but when it gets even hotter and mosquito season starts, these are must-haves for a house in this price range.

My family and I (2 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful time in Majorca at this property. It was a lovely private location. We managed without a car but it did mean that we have to walk for approximately 30 minutes to get to Porto Petro and similar again for the closest beach. We enjoy walking so this wasn't a problem. Taxis are also very reasonable so this is also an option. We got a taxi to and from Lidl to buy our essentials. This cost about €16 each way. There are a couple of small supermarkets in Porto Petro (e.g. Spar) but these are expensive. There are some lovely restaurants in Porto Petro that have beautiful views over the sea. The pool was amazing. Our children spent a lot of time in it. The outside eating area and BBQ was a bonus. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely return to this property.
Ver más We had a great two weeks staying at this Finca just outside Porto Petro. It’s lovely and secluded, surrounded by Almond tree fields, but still very close to local beaches and towns. The weather was extremely hot during our stay, some days over 40 degrees and the Finca doesn’t have air con (which we knew) and we had to rent some air con units to make it more comfortable so if it looks like there is going to be a heat wave during your visit keep this in mind. Upon arrival there was a lovely fruit bowl and water provided and the Finca was immaculate. The pool and bbq area is fantastic and the kids absolutely loved spending the days jumping in and out of the pool. Porto Petro is a gorgeous little harbour with some nice restaurants and some good hidden beaches that don’t get to crowded during the high season. All in all we had an amazing two weeks.

Ver más Die nötigen Informationen zur Anreise kommen 3 Tage vor Abflug zu spät, was auf Nachfrage aber bei Vacalia üblich ist. Das kennen wir von anderen Anbietern nicht. Unsere Finca bei S'Alceria Blanca hatte einen sehr schönen Poolbereich. Die Lage fußläufig zur Mondrago war super. Leider war wohl lange niemand vor uns in der Finca. Es roch modrig und war erst nach 2 Tagen dauerlüften erträglich. Die Ausstattung war sehr schlicht, besonders die Küche. Es gab leider keine Informationen, ob und wie der Pool/Finca gepflegt wird. Für uns nachvollziehbar wurde der Pool in 10 Tagen einmal gereinigt.

Ver más Like · Die kleine gepflegte Finca liegt ländlich eingebettet in einer Mandelbaumparcelle. Mit einer großen geschützten Terrasse und einem schön angelegten Aussenpool ist sie ideal für kurze Aufenthalte für bis zu 6 Personen. 2 km vom Meer und vom Hafenstädtchen Portopetro entfernt bietet es einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung auch zu Fuß, zum Strand wie auch zu den zahlreichen Restaurants. Wer es gerne ländlich und rustikal mag, ist in dieser Finca und in der Umgebung gut aufgehoben. Dislike · Die Ausstattung ist für tägliches grillen und kochen etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Das zweite Bad ist nur von der Poolseite zugänglich. Die Hausdämmung dürfte für sehr heiße oder kältere Tage nicht ausreichend sein, aber dafür ist es ja ein Ferienhaus.
