Charmantes Dorfhaus in Campanet, im Tramuntanagebirge mit privatem Pool, Terrasse und Platz für 6 Gäste.
Das einladende Haus überrascht mit einem Patio aus Naturstein wo sich gleichzeitig der kleine aber komplett private, 5m x 2m große und zwischen 0.3m und 1.5m tiefe Salzwasserpool befindet. Rundherum erstreckt sich die möblierte Terrasse, wo man den Abend mit einem Barbecue begehen kann. Die Außendusche sorgt für schnelle Abkühlung zwischendurch. Auf der ersten Etage gibt es eine weitere Terrasse die sich mit vier Liegen zum Sonnenbaden anbietet. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und, da sich das Haus im Ort befindet, gibt es Nachbarn nebenan.
Die 120m2 große Unterkunft bietet zwei Etagen und wurde Anfang 2017 komplett renoviert. Die Zimmer sind mediterran eingerichtet, ohne die ursprüngliche Essenz des Hauses zu vergessen - davon zeugen noch die Deckenbalken aus Holz und Wände aus Naturstein. Im hübschen Wohnzimmer kann man den Nachmittag beim Fernsehen (Satellitenempfang mit deutschen und spanischen Sendern) verbringen. Dank der Klimaanlage ist es hier auch im Sommer schön kühl. Der Essbereich mit Poolblick ist zur komplett ausgestatteten Küche hin offen. Dort findet man ein Cerankochfeld, einen Geschirrspüler, Küchenutensilien sowie eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein Doppelbett und ist - trotz fehlendem Fenster - sehr gemütlich. Ein Duschbad steht dem Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung.
Im ersten Stock findet man zwei weitere Zimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten und Zugang zur Terrasse. Eines hat noch zusätzlich ein Duschbad en-suite. Wenn ein Baby mit anreist, bereiten wir ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl vor. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert.
Das Haus befindet sich im Ort Campanet, ideal für Gäste die gerne in der Natur sind, im Dorf wohnen und sich auch mal gern auf einen Tratsch mit den Einheimischen einlassen. Dienstags füllt sich der Hauptplatz schnell, da Markttag ist und frische Produkte aus der Region angeboten werden. Dort kann man sich unter die Leute mischen, ein paar Tapas essen und bei einem Bierchen das bunte Treiben beobachten. Im Ortskern gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, mallorquinische Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bank. Da sich Campanet an den Ausläufern des Tramuntanagebirges befindet, kann man hier hervorragend wandern und Rad fahren. Grössere Supermärkte und alle weiteren notwendigen Dienstleistungen sind in Sa Pobla oder an der Küste - z.B. in Can Picafort oder Puerto de Alcúdia - zu finden. Letzere beiden Orte sind auch wunderbar für einen Tag am Strand.

La casa es increíble, muy bonita y grande; en un pueblo tranquilo. Estaba muy limpia y estaba muy bien equipada. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue rápida y muy amable. Estuvimos muy cómodos, la recomendamos y volveríamos.

The owner was helpful and thorough at check in despite the language difference, and promptly came back to put up additional shade in the courtyard when asked as our young daughter needed some additional space out of the bright sunshine to eat and play. The location of Campanet is excellent for exploring the island and for staying at home. We would love to return, thank you.

We had an excellent stay in the house. After check-in we got a lemon cake and a bottle champagne. Host didn‘t speak English but communication was possible. There is nice decoration in the house and the kitchen has everything you need. Unfortunately the toilet and shower a separated by clean glass from the main bedroom, which lead to interesting moments ?. Luckily there is another bathroom downstairs. We would go there again.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans le logement qui était très propre et fonctionnel. La maison est bien équipée et agréable, le petit plus étant la jolie vue sur le champ avec les moutons! Nous recommandons!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang des Besitzers. Absolut ruhige Lage und extrem sauberes Haus mit toller Küchenausstattung für Selbstkocher. Als das Wifi ausstieg, telefonierten wir am Morgen mit Homerti und am Nachmittag hat der Besitzer bereits einen Techniker aufgeboten, welcher das Problem löste. GENIAL!!!

Communication with Homerti and check in went really easily. Can Diana is a beautiful, thoughtful home with everything we needed. The location is fantastic for exploring the island too. We had a car and didn’t have any problems getting parked close to home. I would stay again :)

Mehr sehen A little luxurious oasis in an authentic Mallorcan village. The house is well equipped. The village has a few good restaurants, bars and a bakery along with a couple of small supermarkets. The pool was welcome respite in the glorious hot weather! Friendly locals, beautiful countryside and attentive host!

Mehr sehen Nestled in a beautiful little town at the foot of the hills. Perfect for our cycling holiday and hosted 4 adults comfortably, with a nice space to relax by the pool. Property was very clean, communication very quick, and they even sorted a new kettle out on the day we reported it wasn't working! Limited on-street parking available nearby and can be a bit of a walk if you miss out on a space, but Campanet is a lovely little town equipped with everything you need for a quiet stay in Majorca
Mehr sehen Sehr schönes Haus und niedliches Bergdorf. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Minipool und der Innenhof laden zum Grillen ein und oben auf der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf Olivenbäume, perfekt für unsere Yogasessions. Einzig negative Punkte: Die Besitzerin spricht kein Wort Englisch, dafür antworten einem andere Personen über Airbnb als Vermittler. Beim Checkin konnten wir uns mit der Besitzerin gar nicht austauschen, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Hauptsache wir sind reingekommen. ;-) Die Betten in der oberen Etage bestehen aus 2 Einzelbetten, die zusammen geschoben werden. Daher landet man öfter mal nachts in der Ritze, sofern man als Paar anreist. Generell waren die Betten aber bequem und unten im Schlafzimmer steht auch ein richtiges Doppelbett. Am Samstag hat ein eifriger Nachbar ein bisschen Baulärm morgens verbreitet, das hat etwas genervt aber erträglich, da es sich nicht über alle Tage gezogen hat. Insgesamt war es ein ruhiger schöner Ort abseits vom Massentourismus. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit freundlichem Personal und einer zuckersüßen Katze! Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
Mehr sehen Like · Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Alles top gepflegt und sauber. Viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist nicht weit bis zum Kirchplatz im Zentrum und unweit der Unterkunft gibt es zahlreiche Wege zum spazieren und wandern. Auch das Meer ist nicht allzu weit. Ich kenne Campanet seit Jahren, wenn man die Gegend kennt und mag, ist dieses Haus ein schöner Rückzugsort.Sehr schöner kleiner Pool, wenn man in der warmen Jahreszeit anreist, ist das ein grosser Pluspunkt. Wir waren im Februar hier, von daher haben wir einfach die Ästhetik des türkisfarbenen Pools genossen :-).

We had a very comfortable stay in this very impressive convertion of, what looks from the street a typical looking town house, which was stylish and tastefully decorated. A 5 minute stroll down to the square was rewarded with a coffee or shopping in the small but very adequate supermarkets. The owner Jose spoke no English (and us little Spanish) but was very friendly and helpful and we managed to communicate without any problem.

The property offered all the amenities for a great stay. The outdoor shower has hot water -- a very nice luxury! Owners live locally and while the rental is handled by an agency, all were responsive to a small issue that was fixed quickly and without incident. Their isn't much of a grocery store in Campanet, but the caves are well worth the visit and not a crowded as others on the island that have lots more advertising.

Mehr sehen Stay Oct 2017, this is a recently converted traditional town house renovated to a high standard, tastefully appointed with a combination of clean modern minimalist decor supplemented with renovated period furniture. Full air con is fitted in all bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen. Everything needed by a family was provided from towels to hairdryers to toilet paper. The kitchen is a delight with high quality appliances incl a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, microwave, hob and oven. Lots of cutlery and even condiments supplied. There are three double bedrooms , the main bedroom is ensuite shower and WC with two singles, second bedroom upstairs has two singles and the third bedroom is downstairs with a double. There's a showeroom/WC off the kitchen downstairs. The pool / patio is below ground level so it's very private. We stayed in October so low sun meant this area was mostly in shade. The pool is salt water and is really just a plunge pool for use in hot weather. There's a sunny terrace above the pool area with access by stars from the pool or via french doors from the upstairs bedrooms, four loungers are provided. The location is on quite a busy two way road into the village so it can be quite noisy during the day, however there's very little traffic overnight so you'll sleep easy in very comfortable beds. The town square is an easy walk away taking about 8-10 mins. There's 4 bars in the square, our favorite was Es Club where the food was good and price was reasonable. Campanet is a sleepy hilltop town, quiet, traditional, friendly and polite. Off the beaten track and sustained by cyclists but that's what we wanted. Alcudia is 20mins drive, Soller 50mins, Palma 35mins. We've stayed at several locations on the island over many years and this is certainly a property and location we would revisit.
