Villa au calme dans la campagne de llosetta. Très bien situé pour rayonner sur toute l’île de Majorque !

Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. So quiet and good for families. Pool was clean and just right. Air con in both bedrooms and BBQ was so easy to use with a Lidl close by with easy access to the whole of the island. All essentials had been thought of like toilet roll and hand soap. We had to message the host one night and they had replied by 8am the next day. Wonderful stay thank you

Hi Our host was lovely, did not crowd our stay but was friendly and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend Miguel. The booking was confusing having to pay and liaise with a third party provider which was not obvious ie Homerti although once we understood the process and their involvement had been legitimised they were great as well.

Nette Unterkunft, netter Gastgeber. Am Anreisetag stand ein leckerer Schokokuchen und ein gute Flasche Wein am Tisch was wir als sehr nett empfanden.

Nois avons passer d´excellente vacances en famille avec nos deux enfant . La piscine a été très apprécié ainsi que le billard et barbecue. Lieux paisible et bien située. Hôte à l´écoute qui répond rapidement a nitre demande. A réserver sans hésité !

Hemos estado una semana en la casa y ha sido fantástico. No le falta de nada, cómoda y perfecta para vacaciones. Fuimos dos adultos y dos niños de 5 y 9 años. Además la ubicación perfecta porque no estábamos en la zona masificada, sin embargo el pueblo estaba muy bien conectado con la autovía. El propietario muy amable y nos ayudo en todo. Volveremos.

Volveria a repetir sin ninguna duda

Villa au top, bien située proche de l’autoroute. À notre arrivée, un petit gâteau au chocolat sur la table, une bouteille d’eau au frigo ça fait plaisir! Le gérant est venu deux fois pour voir si tout allait bien merci à lui il est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert. Wir sind zu dritt angereist und dafür ist die Finca vollkommen ausreichend . Sie liegt sehr ruhig, was für uns ein sehr großer Pluspunkt war . Die Vermieter waren wirklich sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit ein Ansprechpartner . Check in und Check out liefen reibungslos , da im Vorfeld eine sehr detaillierte Beschreibung per Email gesendet wurde . Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt . Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder .

La casa es perfecta, hemos pasado unas magníficas vacaciones, disfrutando de la piscina y el exterior de la casa. Los propietarios son un encanto, nos dejaron una botella de vino y un delicioso bizcocho de chocolate, el trato ha sido muy cordial y amable. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la isla. La casa tiene de todo, y muy bien preparada para que los niños disfruten, pistolas de agua, Churros de piscina, colchoneta elástica etc,.. Han sido unas perfectas vacaciones

In dieser Unterkunft fehlt es einem absolut an nichts. Es ist an alles erdenkliche gedacht und genügend Vorrat für alle Verbrauchsmittel vorhanden. Als Willkommensgeschenk stand ein leckerer Schokoladenkuchen sowie eine Flasche Rotwein für uns bereit. Der Billardtisch im Außenbereich lädt zum Spielen ein und lässt die Abende kurzweilig werden. In der Küche der Glastisch kann als Ablage genutzt werden, zum daran essen ist dieser aber deutlich zu wackelig. Dafür bietet sich aber im Außenbereich der große Tisch an. Definitiv empfehlenswert diese Unterkunft

We’ve had a lovely time during our stay in this house. It matches the description perfectly. The house is small but has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equiped, the airco was refreshing since it was very hot, the house was neat, the WiFi worked smoothly, the pool was fantastic. It has a good location to discover the island. When we arrived, a bottle of cold water, wine and a chocolate cake were waiting for us. That was such a nice gesture. The owner is also very friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended!

Tal cual se describe en el anuncio. No se puede pedir mas, en el centro de la isla, cerca de todo y a la vez en una zona muy tranquila. La casa nos ha encantado y el Sr. Miquel ha sido muy atento con nosotros, preocupándose de si nos faltaba algo para mejorar nuestra estancia. La empresa que gestiona la casa, Homerti, siempre han respondido a nuestras dudas de forma rápida. Un 10 también para ellos. Seguro que nos volveremos a ver!!!

Maison fonctionnelle, lumineuse et agréable Extérieur super !!!!

Sehr schöne Außenanlage, funktional ausgestattetes Haus, einfacher check-in und gute Kommunikation. Gute Lage. Danke für den Kuchen, den Sekt und das Wasser im Kühlschrank! Die regelmäßigen Besuche einer kleinen Katze waren wunderbar! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Super Unterkunft. Wenn man die Insel erkunden will, ist diese Unterkunft genau richtig. Sie liegt extrem zentral, weshalb man zu den Küsten nicht lange braucht. Drum herum befindet sich eine ruhige Gegend in der man nur ab und zu mal Hunde bellen hört. Die Berge sind am Horizont zu begutachten. Der Pool, Billardtisch und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen lassen einem auch Nachts nicht langweilig werden. An Ausstattung mangelt es bei der Unterkunft definitiv nicht. Es ist alles da, was man irgendwie benötigen könnte. Hier kann man super gut entspannen und die Gegend erkunden. Als Willkommens Geschenk hat der Gastgeber sogar einen super leckeren Kuchen und Wein bereitgestellt. Danke!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à Majorque et en partie grâce à ce logement. Il est propre, très bien aménagé, avec une localisation parfaite (même pas 30 kilomètres de Palma de Majorque et dans les terres) et conforme aux précisions apportées sur AirBnB. L'équipe est professionnelle et réactive. Nous vous recommandons fortement de passer par Homerti pour vos prochains voyages dans le secteur.

We had a perfect time in Mallorca, this house is just perfect,and it is very good located. The house is very clean and there are all the stuff inside. We really recommend this house for vacation and we hope to come back again.

Alles super. Nett und etwas abseits gelegen mit tollem Pool und gratis Billard. Absolute Empfehlung.

Nous avons loué la maison de Miguel pendant 2 semaines, du 11 au 25 août 2018. La maison est exactement telle qu'elle est présentée sur les photos. Tout était absolument parfait. Nous avons bénéficié du calme absolue grâce à la parfaite localisation de la maison, située dans la périphérie de Llosetta, a mi-chemin entre Palma (30min de route) et la station balnéaire Alcudia (même temps de trajet). Miguel est un hôte on ne peut plus attentif au bien être de ses convives. Sa femme et lui nous ont offert un succulent gâteau au chocolat et une bouteille de crément. Il s'est toujours fait discret même quand il venait nettoyer la piscine ou récupérer les poubelles. Nous n'hésiteront pas une seule seconde à y retourner. Le tout nous a permis de revenir dans notre France natale plein de souvenirs!

Am struggling to find a negative, it was amazing!! Miquel and Magdalena were very welcoming and happy to help with all aspects of our stay. The villa was beautifully turned out, clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Fantastic pool and outside space for the kids to play. Will definitely book again.

The home is really comfortable. Very easy to visit the serra de tramuntana, the north... Perfect for a family

The owner was so helpful and his wife had made a chocolate cake for our arrival which was wonderful. We travelled all over the island and this was a great place to stay. It’s close to Inca town/city and supermarkets. The pool was perfect for our child, having steps to gradually walk down into. We would book again.

La estancia en la casa de Lloseta fue estupenda. Muy buena comunicación antes de llegar y muchas atenciones de parte de los anfintriones. la casa esta bien equipada y el jardín súper agradable.

Logement agréable mais signal wifi impraticable

We had a lovely holiday. Communication with the agency (who manage this posting on Airbnb) was very smooth, The owner and his family who live next door were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English - they even left some wine and local food as a welcome gift. The villa was perfect for 4 people - small inside but extremely well equipped - we didn't wish there was anything else. Aircon was very effective. Best part was the outdoor area including lovely shaded seating area, swimming pool, barbecue and pool table. The villa is located down a small track with other homes but feels secluded. While it would have been theoretically possible to walk into Lloseta it is quite a long and winding road and dark at night - plus many restaurants were closed between July and Aug for summer break. A car is highly recommended to be able to shop and eat out in Inca and travel to other towns in Mallorca.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Toller Service und alles gut organisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Me and my girlfriend rented the house at the end of september and we've been there for 7 days. The house and the whole property are exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool and the whole house are clean and very nice especially in the evening when the lights in the pool and around the garden are switched on. On the first evening Miguel and his daughter welcomed us with a very delicious chocolate cake we enjoyed very much. They were so nice people. Once a week Miguel cleans the pool but really tries not to disturb you. The location of the house is very quiet but just 10 minutes away from Inca where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. As you are in the middle of Mallorca all beaches are a little bit far away but if you don't want to lie just on the beach it's the perfect location beacause the Serra de Tramuntana is not far and you can get to every area of the isle very fast. But surely you need a car. All in all our stay was very nice and we would definitely like to come back soon.

We had a great time in this Villa, it's modern, everything works perfectly and the pool is just amazing!!!. Very quiet surroundings but very close to Alcudia and Palma. The owners are very nice and always on top of everything you might need. Definitely repeating for a next holiday in Mallorca!

Meine erste Unterkunftsbewertung. In diesem Fall musste ich es einfach tun! Oder so wie er sein soll. Lage: direkt neben einen Weinanbaugebiet, bei der Stadt Binissalem, Die Unterkunft liegt relativ mittig der Insel. Von dort ist alles gut zu erreichen. Palma nur 25 km entfernt, die Westküste ist von dieser Seite aus super zu erkunden und je nachdem welchen Strand man anfährt braucht man etwa 40 Minuten. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück und ist komplett mit einem Zaun umgeben. Der Zaun ist minimal durchsichtig. Nachbarn gibt es allerdings nur wenige. Das Fenster vom Nachbarhaus, welches man auf einem der Fotos sieht, gehört zu einem Dachgeschoss, in dem offensichtlich kein Zimmer ist. Demnach kann man sich auf dem Grundstück frei und ungestört bewegen! Der Pool ist ausreichend und wird einmal die Woche gesäubert. Er ist mit grünen Fliesen bestückt und abends beleuchtet, was sehr schön aussieht. Um den Pool ist Kunstrasen ausgelegt, was dem Ambiente nicht schadet! Draußen steht tatsächlich ein Billardtisch, zudem gibt es eine Sitzecke und einen Esstisch welche mit einem Sonnenschutz in Form von Bambus geschützt sind. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Holzkohlegrill sowie eine Außen Dusche. Das Haus selbst ist sehr neu verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad sowie eine Küche mit offenem Wohnzimmer. Die Einrichtung ist super schön, alles ist sehr sauber und zudem sind alle Utensilien vorhanden die man braucht. In der Küche findet man ausreichend von und Töpfe. Es gibt sogar scharfe Messer. Vier Personen finden in dem Haus aufgrund des großen Außenbereich genügend Platz. Falls doch mal etwas fehlen sollte kümmert sich in der Vermieter (Miguel) sofort darum. Überhaupt sind das bis jetzt die besten Vermieter, die wir je hatten! Super freundlich und bemühen sich wirklich diskret dass es einem an nichts fehlt! Er hat seinen Zweitwohnsitz, direkt neben an. Wenn man etwas Negatives finden will, kann man wirklich sagen, dass es keinen Kleiderschrank gibt. Als Tipp für Miguel: in der Mappe könnten noch einige Ausflugstipps in der Umgebung aufgeführt sein. Bei der Ankunft befindet sich ein riesiger Obstkorb im Wohnzimmer und eine große Schale mit Zitronen sowie Getränke (Wasser Sekt Saft) im Kühlschrank. Was will man mehr! Übrigens kann man von der Stelle super mit dem Rennrad die West Küste erkunden. Danke an Miguel und den Rest seiner Familie! Es ist zu vermuten, dass wir noch mal wiederkommen.

A fantastic villa located approximately 1 mile outside of Lloseta, with idyllic views of the mountains in the distance. This would be perfect for a couple or family of up to 4. The villa itself was very clean with two decent size bedrooms (one double and the other twin). The main living space included a lounge area, dining table and a well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. The bathroom included a fairly powerful shower, plenty of storage space if required and also had a hairdryer. There was also a small utility area which had a washing machine and pegs if you needed to do some washing whilst you were there. Both the main living area and bathroom had access to the lovely outdoor area which had a covered area including dining table and chairs as well as another seating area. There were 4 sun loungers around the pool which gets the sun all day, and the pool is a fantastic place to go and cool off. There is also a pool table and other games supplied to keep you entertained during the day. We used it as a base to explore the rest of the island by car as well as have some lazy days lounging around the pool. All in all a fantastic place, we will definitely be looking to come back again.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft fernab vom Massen-Tourismus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hervorragend ausgestattet. Beim Blick auf die Terrasse, den Pool und das Tramuntana-Gebirge stellt sich Urlaubsstimmung ein! Die sehr netten Vermieter sind stets gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist ruhig etwas außerhalb Lloseta gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per Auto problemlos erreichbar. Von Lloseta aus kann man entspannt per Zug nach Palma fahren. Die Unterkunft ist zentral, ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern an der Küste und um verschiedene Buchten zu entdecken. Dann laden der schöne Pool und die Liegen zum Entspannen ein. Während der warmen Monate spielt sich dank der geräumigen Terrasse mit den Gartenmöbeln das ganze Leben draußen ab! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen super tolle Zeit hier. Die Unterkunft war für uns einfach ein Traum. Es gibt einfach nichts zu bemängeln!!!! Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan. Eine sehr nette Familie, die sehr bemüht ist das Ihre Gäste zufrieden sind. Bei der Umgebung habe ich hier nicht volle 5 Punkte gegeben. Uns hat es nicht gestört, das es etwas abgelegen liegt, ganz im Gegenteil, aber vielleicht mag es den einen oder andere stören, wenn man ca eine 20-30 min zu einem Strand fahren muss. Dann hat man aber auch wirklich einen Traumhaften Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich aber in unmittelbare Nähe, ca 5 min mit dem Auto. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub !!!
