This nice terraced house with communal pool in El Verger, Denia, can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
The complex has a communal chlorine pool with a size of 14m x 8m and a depth ranging from 0.6m to 1.7m, open from June to September, and an outdoor shower. Children will enjoy playing in the 0.6m paddling pool. The complex is fenced and is a nice place for families who want to enjoy a holiday near the sea, but without renouncing to a swimming pool.

The house has an artificial lawn area and a terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for alfresco dining - perhaps you fancy a tasty barbecue? Inside, a spacious, air-conditioned kitchen-living-dining room invites you to take a little nap or watch TV. The kitchen is well equipped, including a ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower serves the ground floor. A kettle, cot and high chair are available on request. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, both with air conditioning, and one with a trundle bed with a fan. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub. The owners have made another bedroom without a view in the basement with a double bed, so that the house is ideal for eight people.

The complex is situated just 5 minutes from the beach, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and everything you need for an independent stay. The beach Les Marines boasts a very clean, wide and good location (sheltered from the south and south-east winds). On this beach you will find peace and quiet to enjoy with the family, with one of the best views of the castle of Denia. You will find bars and restaurants of all kinds to recharge your batteries at any time. It is worth a visit to the Castle of Denia located on a gentle hill next to the sea and in the heart of the city. You will also find a wide range of hiking trails, cycling trails, diving trails or boat trips to the coves for an unforgettable holiday.

The swimming pool is open from June to September, from 09:00h to 15:00h and from 17:00h to 21:00h.
