Welcome to this great apartment for 3-4 people in front of the sea in Puerto de Alcudia.
This fantastic apartment located on the seafront is perfect for those who love the beach. So, you now know that here you can have a delicious breakfast at the private terrace, then sunbathe for a while on one of the two sun loungers and you can also reach the beach in some minutes!
The apartment is homey and cosy, welcoming you in a spacious and luminous room, with air conditioning, where the living - dining room meets the kitchen. Here, you will find two comfortable sofas where you can rest or chat with your loved ones, a dining table for 4 people, and the open kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment offers two bedrooms where you can rest at night, one with a double bed, A/C and a dresser, and the other with a single bed and a closet. The extra guest will sleep on the sofa bed. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, there is one bathroom for the whole accommodation and it features a bathtub.
The location of this property is a privileged one, not only because of the paradisaical beach of crystal clear water and fine sand just in front of it but also because you will find all needed services for an independent stay in a walking distance, like for example, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even beach bars and pubs where you can enjoy the night life of this location. In addition, in the high season there is a bus service every 15 minutes so you can visit nearby towns like Alcudia -and its street market on Sundays- or Can Picafort. Other beaches and coves worth a visit are Cala Sant Vicenç or Puerto de Pollensa.

See more The two-bedroomed ground floor apartment is situated on the beachfront with an aspect looking out towards the South East whilst you cannot see the beach or the water you can see the beach parasols and the paragliders go by. The interestingly designed apartment is part of a large four storey block set in gardens fenced off for privacy The apartment has air conditioning (not included in the price and at 10 Euros per day, a little steep) The decor is modern and white and functional. A number of electrical items such as dishwasher, microwave, Toaster, Dolce coffee maker, coffee pot and kettle are useful. There was plenty of decent cups plates, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery plus many useful bits and bobs. a decent sized Fridge with a small separate freezer gave good food storage. A modern washing machine with an iron and board and a hairdryer would make a long stay easier. The Door and back windows have quality mosquito nets, which allow airflow through but stopped the plague of Mozzies we experienced at the time of our holiday, (at least to some extent, the door was a little badly fitting, leaving a gap at the top) A good powerful shower with plenty of hot water fed from the bath taps was a little old The double bed was comfy and gave us a good nights sleep there is not a great deal of room for clothing but it was not a problem. Noise could be a problem as the terrace above is located over the living area and their dining area probably over the bedrooms. There is a good-sized private terrace that is tiled with a sun awning which I found useful when dining al fresco. The terrace has a good quality table and chairs plus two good adjustable sun loungers and a clothes dryer including pegs. The location is one of its strong points and is within walking distance of most amenities, from the port area to the main strip to the less congested beach areas to the south. It is possible to walk to old Alcudia (3k, 40mins) or even Alconada (4K) should you feel up to it. The Eco tax is automated and includes a 4.5% surcharge plus a poor exchange rate and I could not get the Mallorca tourist tax calculator to tally up with the price they asked. Security of the Apartment is not great but the area seemed safe with so much around. The apartment offers good value for money for the amenities (excluding the air con costs) I would return here again.
