Eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Durch die Galerie in der Wohnung wirkt alles ganz offen. Eine super große Terrasse, auf der man in der Sonne oder im Schatten den Tag genießen kann. Die Liegen waren sehr gemütlich. Es fehlte nichts an Ausstattung. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, ebenso in den Schlafzimmern. Das Wohnzimmer hatte einen großen Esstisch und ein gemütliches Sofa. Wenn man aus der Wohnung auf die Straße kommt befinden sich dort gleich 3 Supermärkte. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Hafen umgeben von Restaurants. Immer wieder gerne! Die Abwicklung mit den Buchungsdetails war sehr entspannt und leicht verständlich. Bei Rückfragen wurde in wenigen Stunden geantwortet und sofort geholfen.

Welcome to this wonderful apartment for 2 guests, located at only 140 meters from the beach of Port de Sóller.
The terrace of this beautiful apartment is the perfect place to spend a pleasant and calm time with your family. With a very summery touch and decorated with great pleasure, invites you to enjoy a while in the sun, an interesting reading and an exquisite breakfast or an appetizer under the hurdle before going inside to enjoy a good feast. However, the best thing is that you have the beach just a few minutes walk, so whenever you want enjoy having such a good day at the beach! There are direct neighbours since it is located in the town.
The house has two heights of spacious and very comfortable rooms. On the main floor they have a large living room, -with a sofa, television and air conditioning-, open to the dining area and the kitchen, -equipped with induction hob-. Going up a spiral staircase, you gain access to the upper floor. There are two dormitories with double beds and air conditioning. Moreover, one of them has space for a crib and a high chair, a dressing room and a balcony. Regarding the bathrooms, there are two in the house, one downstairs with a shower and the other is upstairs with a bathtub. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. Keep in mind that to access to house there are some stairs that go up from the street. These stairs have direct access to the living-room.
Port de Sóller is a natural port, situated in the Sierra de Tramuntana, with a very special charm. It is ideal for lovers of nature, the mountains, the green and also the beach, as it is only 140 meters away. It is also the perfect village if you like bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours by the sea, as they can eat while watching the boats. And in Sóller you can take the historic train and go to Palma de Mallorca, a wonderful trip passing green valleys, mountains and picturesque villages.

24 guests reviewed this property. Perfekte Lage, nettes Ambiente. Kaffeetassen dürften es zwei mehr sein, ansonsten alles an Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Leider penetranter Abwassergeruch im unteren Bad. Dies ist aber in Soller häufiger der Fall in den Wohnungen.

Description / photos are accurate. Previous reviews described a bad smell / cleanliness but this was not the case during our stay. Was clean and no smell. Easy walk to nearby restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets, beach & Tram to Sóller. Access was easy and simple. Port de Soller is a dream so location here is convenient to walk anywhere and even though you don’t have views of the port , I felt this was fairly reflected in the price. Only thing it’s missing is the view but that was clear pre booking.
See more Das Apartment ist super zentral gelegen und dabei ruhig. Es ist großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die große Dachterrasse tut gut nach einem aktiven Tag. Einiges Manko: die Küche ist nicht wirklich sauber, was auch schon von anderen beanstandet wurde. Hier wäre Veränderung prima. Und aus den Abflüssen im Bad kommt öfter übler Kanalisationsgeruch. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort.
See more Fabulous location, great apartment, very clean, the sun-beds on balcony looked new and were very comfortable. Only a couple of small issues, the key was quite difficult to get used too, had trouble unlocking the door until someone passing by showed us the knack! Also the shower room smelt of sewage, we didn’t report it though so it was our fault it was not addressed. Would definitely stay again, if smell in shower room has been rectified.

See more Die Lage ist sehr gut, fast direkt am Hafen. Der Gastgeber hat auf all unsere Anfragen sofort reagiert, die Kommunikation lief problemlos.Es ist sehr schwer, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Die Terasse geht auf eine Art Hinterhof, der Ausblick ist nicht besonders schön. Leider kein Meer- oder zumindest Stadtblick.

Even if the apartment is in the pedestrian street it is very quiet in the apartment which has this large terasse. Inside the aircondition worked well in the very modern design apartment. The walk to restaurants and the beach is literally only 1-2 minutes - so we would consider coming back again.

This property is gorgeous with the perfect location near the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It is very quiet at the same time. The owner was awesome and very responsive. There is plenty of space for 2 people. The outside area is huge and tranquil.
