By the beach of Les Marines in Denia, this beautiful and cosy apartment located in a fantastic residential with shared pool welcomes from 4 to 6 guests.
A great private terrace with views to the sea and to the residential shared facilities is perfectly furnished with a table with chairs and a chill-out sofa, where you can enjoy a delicious early breakfast enjoying the first orangish sun beams over the peaceful sea, or a glass of wine on the sofa in the evening. During the day, you can just sunbathe or take a cool dip. The beach is only 50 metres away and the shared garden is right there and it features a lawn area and a great chlorine pool of 12 x 12 metres with a water depth that goes from 1.10 to 1.90 metres. The family little ones find their place in the children pool that has a 7 meter diameter and a 0.8 metre depth, or in the playground area.

The inside of this apartment located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator, with a modern style, is the perfect place to watch TV, rest on the sofa and enjoy your meals all together. The table can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen comes next. It is independent and it is equipped with an induction top, oven, coffee machine, microwave and all the utensils you may need to cook. From the kitchen we access the laundry room that has a washer/dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 2 bedrooms to rest, both with a closet, TV and a ceiling fan. One has a double bed, en-suite shower bathroom with a bidet and space for a baby cot and high chair, while the other has two twin beds. The two extra guests will sleep on the sofa bed at the living. Finally, there is a second shower bathroom for the rest of the accommodation and the house is equipped with ducted AC.

The beach of Les Marines de Denia is stunning thanks to its golden sand, it extension and its great location. It is very quiet so perfect for families and it has great views to the castle of Denia. There are lots of bars and restaurants around, something that makes it even more attractive. The Castle of Denia is worth a visit because it is over a small hill looking to the sea and the town. This place also is perfect for hiking and cycling.
