Wir haben einen sehr gelungenen Kurzurlaub in dieser sehr schönen und sauberen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Der Strand und die Promenade sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Disfruten de unas inolvidables vacaciones de playa en este bonito apartamento a 290 metros de la playa de Port de Pollença. Tiene piscina compartida y capacidad para 4 personas.
El complejo en el que se situa el apartamento ofrece una gran piscina de cloro de 9 x 5 metros con una profundidad constante de 1.70 metros. A su alrededor encontrarán varias tumbonas y una ducha exterior para poderse quitar la sal y la arena antes de subir al apartamento. Este cuenta con una coqueta terraza de 7 m2 donde pueden tomar una copa y relajarse al caer la noche.
El apartamento se encuentra en la primera planta de un edificio con ascensor y muestra un estilo cómodo y actual. La sala comedor está equipada con TV, AC y una mesa para 5 comensales. La cocina es independiente y está equipada con fogones de gas, horno y lavavajillas. También hay lavadora, plancha y tabla para planchar. Hay dos dormitorios, uno con cama doble, ventilador y baño en suite con ducha, y el otro con 2 camas individuales y ventilador. Por último, podemos proporcionar una cuna y una trona si viajan con su bebé.
Port de Pollença es un destino costero caracterizado por el turismo familiar y de calidad. El apartamento se encuentra a pocos metros de la playa de arena y de ahí parte un fantástico paseo hasta llegar al centro del puerto y a su singular paseo marítimo repleto de tiendas, restaurantes, heladerías, etc. Una visita al pueblo de Pollença es obligada para poder conocer las tradiciones y costumbres mallorquinas. Otros lugares de interés cercanos son el mirador y la playa de Formentor, el pueblo medieval de Alcúdia o Playas de Muro.

We had a great stay, the location was great, close proximity to the beach and easy for parking. The apartment was clean and tidy. Our only comments would be the bedrooms and bathroom are separated with sliding doors so we felt there was a lack of privacy. We could also hear other guests next door as there were gaps in the bedrooms doors so didn’t block out any noise coming through from outside. We thought the host was really helpful though for checking in and out.

Booking agent and host were brilliantly helpful and the flat had all the amenities you’d need for a beach holiday including seats and umbrellas to borrow. A Lovely touch. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would definitely revisit. The flat was very clean and well provided for. Everything was in walking distance and nice to be within a short distance of the beach but off the main drag. We had no issues checking in or out and the transfers we booked through Homerti were fantastic.
Ver más We had a Great time staying at the apartment it was very spacious. the hosts were really nice upon arrival and gave us a local snack after our drive from the airport. It's a beautiful place with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Also very handy to stay for day trips, we went on a few hikes which were just lovely. Had a wonderful time.

This is the 3rd time I have brought my daughters to the Port and always enjoyed it thoroughly. It is a super safe, family oriented and friendly town with plenty to do. Perhaps hire a car for a few days and explore as the island has a lot to offer too.
Ver más This property is homely, comfortable and immaculately clean. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need on holiday, from a sewing kit to a bucket and spade! The location is perfect as it’s just a short walk to the sandy beach and local supermarket. There are several excellent restaurants locally too. The pool is a good size and the pool area is a great sun trap. We would love to stay here again.
