La verdad supero ampliamente nuestras expectativas. la realidad fue mucho mejor que las fotos. Rosa super agradable y atenta a nuestras necesidades en todo momento. La zona es hermosa y tranquila. Con una cala espectacular y muy cerca. Volveremos seguro.

Este maravilloso apartamento frente al puerto de Portocolom, da la bienvenida a 4 invitados.
En la estupenda terraza de este apartamento pasarán momentos de lo más agradables, acompañados de unas vistas espectaculares sobre el puerto y el mar de Portocolom. Absolutamente memorables serán los amaneceres y atardeceres mientras sienten la brisa marina y el suave sonido de las aguas, a la par que toman un café o una copa de vino y un aperitivo.
Este 1er piso, sin ascensor, es la perfecta combinación entre calidez y confort, gracias a sus hermosas estancias con suelos de parqué y mobiliario y acabados perfectos. En la misma estancia encuentran el salón-comedor, donde relajarse viendo la TV-SAT o charlando junto a las vistas al mar, y la cocina equipada con vitrocerámica. Hay 3 habitaciones, dos con dos camas individuales, y la otra con cama doble, TV (canales españoles), baño en-suite con bañera y ducha independientes y salida a la terraza. Dos de las habitaciones ofrecen vestidor y la otra dispone de una cómoda. Hay 1 cuna y 1 trona. Hay un segundo baño con ducha en la casa. El apartamento ofrece aire acondicionado por conducto. La lavandería dispone de lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.
La ubicación es privilegiada, pues el apartamento se sitúa en primera línea del mar de Portocolom. Al tener el puerto justo en frente, pueden dar agradables paseos contemplando los barcos. Luego, a apenas 1.5 km tienen la playa de arena de Cala Marçal. En el centro del pueblo encuentran todos los servicios necesarios como restaurantes, bares, tiendas o supermercados. Y, si son amantes del golf, el campo Vall D'Or está a sólo 6 km.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein großzügiges und empfehlenswertes Apartment.
What a fabulous apartment! Rosa, the owner was amazing..she greeted us on arrival and showed us around. No expense has been spared to make this place modern and clean with everything we needed. The kitchen was pristine..no clutter, but everything available in soft sliding cupboards and drawers. There’s a comfy sofa and two leather armchairs with a view over the marina through the patio doors, or more seating out on the balcony. The provisions shop down below is run by the same family and they were very accommodating. We loved every moment of our stay and if we needed anything, Rosa was just a phone call away.

Le logement est spacieux tant au niveau du séjour, des chambres, salles de bains et dressing. Il est intégralement équipé. Il est beau en photos mais encore mieux en vrai. Terrasse agréable face au port. Présence de restaurants à proximité ainsi qu’une épicerie en bas de l’immeuble, ce qui est très confort. Encore un grand MERCI à Rosa pour toutes ces petites intentions.

The property was beautiful, lots of natural light and a very nice seaside view. We also appreciated the groceries and well appointed kitchen/bathrooms. Everything was exceptionally clean. Location was convenient, the market is right below the unit and restaurants only a minute or so away. Would highly recommend

El apartamento fue perfecto. Magníficas vistas, tiendas y restaurantes cerca y fácil aparcamiento. Vale la pena señalar que, aunque el apartamento estaba en el primer piso, debido al diseño del edificio, solo hay unos pocos escalones y la falta de ascensor no es un problema.La dueña Rosa, fue de primera, muy atenta y nada fue demasiado para ella. Recomendamos 100%.

Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen schön und vor allem sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über eine tolle Wohnküche. Die Terrasse ermöglicht einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und der Sonnenaufgang ist gigantisch. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft hatten wir frisches Obst, Schinken, Oliven, Chips etc. in der Wohnung liegen. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich zudem ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo man täglich frische Backwaren erhält. Restaurants etc. sind fussläufig zu erreichen. In der Wohnung gibt es zudem einen Trockner und eine Waschmaschine von Miele. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Everything about the property is immaculate and very well maintained. It was ideal for four adults as we each had our own bathroom and dressing room. The photos are a good representation of what it is like and the view is amazing. Rosa was an excellent host and gave us a warm welcome, providing bread, ham, wine etc for our late arrival. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again and were very sad to leave when the week was over.

We think it's even better than the pictures! The apartment is very spacious, very clean and has breathtaking views overlooking the small port with all the boats, yachts and catamarans. It feels like a home! Ofcourse you are in the middle of it all so it's not quiet but since you are on the first or 2nd floor it's great! The kitchen is a modern beauty and very well equipped. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms luxurious. Everything feels well made, doors close as supposed to, solid flooring and tiling etc. The balcony would be even more great with seats that actually sit more comfortable, then you can sit there and watch the boats for hours. The owner has a supermarket below with all you need and there are a lot of great restaurants and gelateria's right next door. We also loved the beach Cala Marcal, just a 5 min drive away. Clear water, not too busy and a cool beach bar.
