Welcome to this splendid house very close the sea with direct seaview. It is prepared for 4 persons.
The furnished terrace nourishes you with a mediterranean breeze, while you enjoy memorable moments with your loved ones. The second terrace on the first floor will offer you the perfect place to relax on the sunloungers.

On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two individual beds. On request, we can provide a babybed and a high chair.
The dining room is equipped with a dining table for 4, satellite TV and central heating. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

You can easily reach privileged places and natural areas, which decorate the southern coast of the island, to have a refreshing walk or do some cycling. Don't miss out on the beautiful sandy beach of Es Trenc, the Natural Park of Mondragó or the Cabrera Archipelago Natural Park. The nearby villages of Santanyí, Ses Salines Cas Concos or s'Horta are also worth a visit.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 20 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
