Dear guests!!! Welcome to this fantastic traditional summer house, fully renewed and located in the coastal area of Cala Millor, only a few metres away from the beach. It is perfect for 8 people.
Have you ever dream about waking up early near a paradisaical breach or turquoise waters? This beautiful home offer the possibility of waking up early and go for a walk by the seashore and swim among the waves when there is no one and the water is absolutely in calm. However, before doing so. you must have a good breakfast in order to have energy, and the front terrace is perfect for that. It invites to prepare delicious fruit and toasts and a freshly squeezed orange juice. At noon or at midnight, you can have a sit for a meal at the back patio and rest on the sun loungers.

All the exquisite rooms of this house are on the same floor and that is why this village house is ideal for large families and groups of friends. Thanks to its high ceilings this is a cool house, although 5 fans also are available when it gets hot. The air-conditioned living room, open to a magnificent dining area, has a relaxing style and it is perfect to watch satellite TV or take a little nap. The kitchen fulfils the dream of any chef. It has a induction top and a little high table with stools, for a quick coffee maybe. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and a an ironing board. There are four bedrooms with a wardrobe each. One has a double bed, and the other three offer two twin beds each. Two of these last bedrooms are accessed from an interior terrace and each of them offer an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a third shower bathroom for the rest of the accommodation. If you are coming with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Cala Millor, located in the east of Mallorca, is surrounded by a great variety of beautiful sandy beaches and coves. You will also find a little safari park and some playgrounds for the little ones. The surroundings are mainly touristic so it is ideal to know the Mediterranean gastronomy and leisure. There is a golf course -Golf Son Servera- only 2.8 km away to spend and entertained evening. The nearby village, Son Servera, is perfect to taste traditional dishes. And before leaving, don't forget to visit the Medieval villages of Artà and Capdepera, and the Drach Caves in Portocristo.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
