Set 130 meters from the beach in Puerto de Alcúdia, this chalet can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Enjoy the spacious terrace, bask in the sun (4 loungers), have a barbecue with friends and share laughs and talks around the garden table. The plot is totally fenced and there are neighbors around.
The interior of this two-storey house is decorated in an elegant way with ancient, well-kept furniture. There's a big living room with DVD and CD-player as well as a TV with satellite channels. The dining room invites eight people to enjoy great meals. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, including a gas stove, oven, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board can be found on the terrace. There's one bath with bathtub and bidet on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are three air conditioned bedrooms (two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom). Two of them have access to a balcony. The bathroom of the upper floor counts with a bathtub and a bidet. There are seven fans as well as one cot and one high chair in the house.
Puerto de Alcúdia stands out for its beautiful fine grained sand beach and the big leisure offer. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs are situated in the center. Take a nice walk on the sea promenade, try some ice cream or maybe you fancy a boat trip to Cap Formentor or Cap Pinar.
Mind that the garage and the fireplace can not be used.

Very nice house, close to the see, close to restaurants, grocery stores. This was our 2nd time in this house and we love it.
The property was very good, comfortable and super clean. The kitchen well equipped. The garden is beautiful and location is excellent , less than 5 mins walk from the beach, very handy.The only downside is that the downstairs bathroom doesn't have a shower, just a bath - which is good for small kids but not so much for adults.

Agradável e com muito boas condições
Würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen ! Wir haben dort 6 wundervolle Tage verbracht. Küche bestens ausgestattet (Obstkorb zur Begrüßung), großes Wohn- und Esszimmer nicht genutzt, da wir nur draußen bei strahlendem Sonnenschein im gepflegten Garten die Zeit verbracht haben (Tisch, Stühle, Liegen in Top Zustand). Bushaltestelle nur 300m entfernt, ebenso der Strand, gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder. Betten könnten etwas komfortabler sein, ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau. Kein Duschvorhang im unteren Bad, war für die Jungs aber kein Problem.

The house is well-equipped, close to the beach and looks exactly the same as in the pictures.
Das sauberste Haus was ich glaub bis jetzt im Urlaub hatte. Alles hat super geklappt. Und die Besitzer waren auch mega nett.

Very nice apartment, well equipped. A lot of space. Location very comfortable, walk to the beach. The only downside that we did not foresee (but this is a problem of Majorca itself, not a specific apartment) are the mosquitoes :) I recommend this apartment especially to people with small children :)
See more A very nice and comfortable house. We were a group of seven and had plenty of space. the house is clean, well-kept and fully equipped. For each person prepared two towels and one beach towel. The house was also equipped with two parasols. The owner took care of every detail to make it pleasant for us. We were surprised when we arrived and found wine, beer, soft drink, water, fruit basket, milk, sausage in the kitchen - everything needed to take care of the guests. The location of the house is very good. Nearby shops, restaurants, bus stop. To the beach 3 minutes on foot. There is a porch in front of the house where we liked to spend our evenings. On the back of the house is a garden with deck chairs and barbecue. there is also a washing machine, dryer and washing liquids. The only inconvenience is the lack of air conditioning in one bedroom. I highly recommend this place.

Lokalizacja nie można wymarzyć sobie lepszej , właścicielka pełna uroku osobistego i bardzo sympatyczna , dom rzadko się zdarza taki stylowy z dbałością o szczegóły , zaś gościnność właścicielki spowodowała że w przyszłym roku też tam wrócimy , dziękujemy za cudowne wina oraz za poczęstunek w lodówce na przyjazd .
