We've been to Mallorca a couple of times and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Clean towels, fab AC and the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep at night. I can see us booking again next year already!

Welcome to this beautiful house in the very first line of the sea located in a quiet area of Son Serra de Marina. It is ideal for 6 guests.
A fantastic terrace, in two levels, is perfect to enjoy a delicious breakfast or a savoury barbecue, while contemplating and enjoying the sea views and sound. As well as it, a second upper terrace with two sun loungers invites you to relax sunbathing or reading an interesting book.
Inside, the open concept ground floor offers a nice kitchen-living-dining room, where you can watch TV-SAT, a DVD movie or rest next to a dreamlike landscape. Next to it, there is the dining area and kitchen, equipped with induction hob. On this same floor, there is a toilet. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation boasts 3 bedrooms with wardrobe on the first floor, two of them with two single beds and one with double bed, en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bath and exit to a beautiful terrace. There is another bathroom with shower downstairs that services the entire house. The house is also acclimated with ducted-air conditioning.
The accommodation is located in the heart of Son Serra de Marina. Its sandy and rocky beach, is just ahead, just 10 meters away. This place is very special because there are no large hotels or crowds and offers a very simple and familiar way of life. In fact, there is only a small supermarket and a restaurant. Cómo sugerencias de mejora los cubiertos que algunos estaban oxidados y algunos electrodomésticos a revisar cómo la cocina(hornillos que no siempre encienden) y los ventiladores de techo (ruido)
