The property is located in an idyllic environment, between the sea and the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains, within a rural landscape. You can start the day in the morning with a swim in the private chlorine pool enjoying quietness. After that, you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sunbeds, have a picnic under the old olive tree or take a siesta on the bali bed. The pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a depth between 1.05 and 1.80 metres. The outside has very beautiful corners to enjoy the great Majorcan weather. No matter if you prefer to have a seat with a drink at the terrace under the pergola or prepare a barbecue in the porch. The property is fenced and there are no neighbours around.

The rooms come along 2 storeys and 130 m2, and they are decorated in a warm and comfortable way. The living room features a TV with satellite channels. The kitchen - dining room is a very beautiful room, with natural stoned walls and the typical wooden beams. Around the table, up to 8 guests can be accommodated and enjoy home-made meals. All chefs can cook great dishes in a fully equipped kitchen which includes a ceramic hob, utensils, an electric oven and a dishwasher. In addition, the house features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the kitchen. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, safe and countryside views is on the ground floor, as well as a shower bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and space for a baby cot. The second bedroom features two single beds. Besides, there is a bathtub bathroom on this floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and two fans complete the equipment.

The property is located between two Majorcan authentic villages which are sa Pobla and Búger, where you can come to know the local Majorcan way of life. In sa Pobla there are big supermarkets, bars and good restaurants where tasting our Mediterranean food and delicious “tapas”. Playa de Muro, a fine sandy beach with clear waters is more or less 15 km away. If you like the beach, you can visit Puerto de Alcudia, Can Picafort and Puerto de Pollença, among others. If you are a hiking or cycling lover, you can make different excursions through the Sierra de Tramuntana.
