Welcome 8 guests, this amazing villa with private pool and nice mountain views is located on the outskirts of Sa Pobla.
This precious country house has such a wonderful outdoors that invite for rest. The construction is situated on an elevated platform that allows the views to be cleared to its lovely grassy part, which envelops a private chlorine pool, and towards the fields and mountains. For that reason, the terrace turns into the perfect setting to have a breakfast or eat while you contemplate the landscape. Then, enjoy sunbathing on one of the eight sun beds or on the grass and also of the swings with your children before having a swim in the pool of 8 x 4 m and with a depth of 0.5 to 1.8 m. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours.
The house comprises extensive and luminous stays, with high ceilings which provides a special character. The living room has various sofas and armchairs so that you are able to chat all together or watch satellite TV as comfortable as possible. The dining room is open to this stay and to the kitchen, equipped with ceramic stove and an extremely beautiful style. The laundry has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms with wardrobe, three of them with two individual beds and the last one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of them also have a direct exit to the outside. Ultimately, there are two more bathrooms with shower that provide service to the entire house.
The villa is located at only 2.5 km of Sa Pobla, fact that permits you to stay close to the town and to the necessary facilities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., at the same time that you have the tranquility of the countryside. Every Sunday, at the center, it takes place the traditional fresh and local fruit and vegetable market and many other artisan products. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcúdia, at around 12.5 km, which is well-known for its extraordinary white sand extension and its crystal-clear waters.

4 guests reviewed this property. This was an immaculately clean and well cared for property. The bathrooms and kitchen appliances were of a high standard. The pool was fantastic. Bonuses were an un-advertised BBQ and an extra outside eating area. The owners do own a small holding next to the house, which they visited daily but they were never intrusive and were on hand to solve a small lighting problem quickly. The only reason we have not given it 5/5 is because we had to purchase many cleaning products (dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid and cloths etc) when every other villa we have stayed at would already have a small supply of these which we have then replaced ready for the next visitors. Extra kitchen utensils and glasses would also have been useful.
See more Die Finca hat eine sehr gute Lage und von der Terrasse einen tollen Ausblick ins Gebirge. Ferner haben wir ein sauberes Haus und einen gut gepflegten Garten vorgefunden. Leider sind die einzelnen Zimmer nach oben offen, so das man sämtliche Geräusche der Mitreisenden vernehmen kann. Aus diesem Grund bekommt die Finca auch nur 4 von 5 Sternen von uns.
See more Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe am Flughafen verlief schnell und problemlos. Die Finca und der Garten mit Pool sind sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Einziges Manko (und das hätten wir eigentlich auf den Fotos schon erkennen können): außer den Bädern hat keines der Zimmer eine Decke - alle sind also nach oben hin offen. Das macht es im ganzen natürlich sehr hellhörig. Für uns war das kein großes Problem, aber man sollte es halt wissen.
