Wonderful three storey house for 6-8 guests, with a beautiful pool, located in the quiet urbanisation of Es Pont d'Inca.
The fantastic pool surrounded by the wooden surface and the beautiful colour of the building become a little paradise within the village. In fact, despite of having neighbours around, there is quite privacy and it is the perfect home to enjoy the warm Mediterranean weather, the refreshing swim and, at the same time, all services at your reach. After a dip in the 7 x 6 metres chlorine pool -with a 1.30 to 1.60 metres depth-, you can relax on the sun beds, or prepare a delicious barbecue in the terrace covered by awnings. The water pool can be heated. By the terrace, you find a space with a ping pong table and two bikes for those who want to exercise during their vacation.

The house, recently renewed and with a modern and functional furniture, counts with a spacious living - dining room with satellite TV. The independent kitchen, with a gas stove, has direct access to the terrace as well as a table with chairs so you can choose where you can enjoy your meals all together. On this floor there is a double bed bedroom and a bathtub bathroom. On the -1 floor you will find the gym room with pool table, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower bathroom. On the top floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a hydro massage shower bathroom, and another with two twin beds. For the two extra guests we are happy to provide two folding beds, as well as cots and high chairs for two babies. All bedrooms, the living room and the gym room are equipped with air-conditioning- In addition, all TV sets feature international channels. Of course, the house offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Only 5.2 km away from the capital, Palma de Mallorca, this house is very well communicated thanks to the public transport. The bus stop is about 150 metres away and the train station is about 500 metres. This urban area is very quiet, with a great variety of nearby services. It is also near the bay of Palma which offers marvellous beaches and coves only a few km away. The nearest beach is in Can Pastilla, about 9.2 km away, although we recommend you to go a little farther towards paradisaical coves like Cala Blava or Cala Vella.
