In the exteriors there’s a gorgeous grass garden and a big infinity pool of 12x4m with a maximum 1.8m depth.

Besides, there’s also 8 lounges that you’ll be able to use to sunbathe and a complete terrace to relax while enjoying the views or a nice barbeque with your friends or family.


The house is really wide. The living room and the dining room are surrounded by big windows through which you’ll get light all day long. It also has an independent kitchen where you’ll be able to prepare delicious dishes either in its vitro or in its gas kitchen.

In its laundry room there’s a dryer, iron, washing machine and an ironing table.


In the ground floor there’s a toilet, two complete bedrooms, exit to the outside and bathroom-en-suite. In a bedroom there’s a double bed, while in the other one there are two single beds.


Once you go upstairs there’s another bedroom with two united single beds, bathroom en-suite and a dressing room. In the same floor there’s also an independent living room.


The whole property has air conditioner and radiant floor.

The property is located in Ariany, a charming town located in the east of Majorca. In it you’ll find all the services that you might need for your stay. Besides, it also has nice paths around the villa where you’ll be able to go for a walk or to go cycling.


Only 21km away you’ll find Son Serra de Marina beach (the closest one), even though you’ll also be close to Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia.
