Would you like to enjoy a house with an amazing garden and private pool for your vacation? Then, this is the perfect villa. It welcomes 9 guests in Sant Jordi.
This is a majestic two-storey house enclosed within a country environment that offers not only privacy but also a dreamy exterior area. The garden features an extraordinary greenery that allows our guests to relax and enjoy its joy and nature. You have all the beautiful garden around the chlorine pool, that sizes 10 x 5 metres and having a water depth from 1 to 2.1 metres, an exterior shower and 9 sun loungers to bask in the Mediterranean sun. Climbing a few steps you reach the porch which is fully open and ready to enjoy a delicious barbecue and deserved moments of relax by a glass of wine while admiring the wonderful views.
The house from 1764, preserves the original structure and most of its furniture in perfect state, so it emanates a great character where you can come to know, care, and breathe the authentic Mallorcan essence. When you enter from the porch, you find a great living room with air-conditioning and several sofas and armchairs that invite to spend a nice time chatting or watching TV. You find the dining area next, with a large table to enjoy your meals with your loved ones. Both, the living room and the dining area, are equipped with a fireplace, although just the one in the dining can be used. The kitchen is independent and it is the room where the Mallorcan character is more noticeable. It features a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc., as well as washing machine, iron and ironing board.
You will find 5 bedrooms with a closet each. Two of them are on the ground floor: one with two single beds and direct exit to the garden; the other has one single bed and space for a cot (and a high chair) if you need it. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Two of them have two single beds each (one with access to the terrace), and the last bedroom comes with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. There are two more bathrooms with a bath each for the rest of the house, one on each floor. There is central heating in the whole accommodation for the coldest season.
Sant Jordi is an urbanisation belonging to Palma de Mallorca, very well known thanks to its numerous wind mills. It is near the airport and the big city, so don't miss the chance to visit the cobbled streets and its monuments, shops, and the amazing cathedral of La Seu. The beach also is near. The one of Can Pastilla is the nearest one, about 7.9 km. In addition, you will have the opportunity to play golf in one of the nearby courses: Golf Son Gual and Golf Puntiró.
