Welcome to this wonderful rustic villa on the outskirts of Sencelles where 6 guests will find their place to relax with private pool and beautiful views to the mountains.
With a strong Mallorcan character, this beautiful stone house boasts a beautiful exterior area surrounded by wonderful fields enclosing the chlorine pool that boasts a stunning panoramic over the mountains. It sizes 7 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 1.2 to 2 metres with 10 sun loungers around and a table with chairs where enjoying a delicious breakfast early in the morning. Under the porch you will find the perfect furniture to enjoy a coffee, a glass of wine and / or a good reading. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The two-storey house features beautiful spaces inside. When you enter, you find a spacious living - dining room with a wood stove where you can enjoy your meals all together and then have a seat and chat or relax. The independent kitchen offers all you need to cook as if you were at home: ceramic top, oven and more. The house has 3 bedrooms where you can rest. All of them present a double bed, a seating area with TV, closet, AC and en-suite bathroom -one with a shower and the other two with a tub-. Two of the bedrooms are still on the main floor and the other is upstairs. The house is equipped with oil central heating for the winter season. The laundry, with washing machine, iron and ironing board, is located in the boiler room in an annex building. Therefore, remember that it is forbidden to handle the boilers.

The property is about 4.9 km from Sencelles where you will find all you need for your stay like a supermarket, bars, restaurants of traditional food and more. This charming village is near the small city of Inca where you will find all services, shops and its traditional street market on Thursday morning. Regarding the beaches, the nearest one is about 26.5 km away in Can Pastilla but we recommend you visit the paradisaical beach of Puerto de Alcudia, in the opposite direction.
