Welcome to this beautiful countryside house with private swimming pool in Lloseta. Welcomes 10 people.
You can relax at the wide outdoors of this fantastic house and have fun with your family and friends. You will be surprised with the 9m x 4m salt swimming pool, with a depth ranging that goes from 0.9m to 1.9m, perfect to have a swim or sunbathe during the hottest days. The artificial lawn area, where you can also find a swing for the little ones of the house, is perfect to have some appetizers and drinks. The welcoming porch invites you to enjoy nice meals prepared at the barbecue or finish the day with a quiet dinner.

The house is also very spacious inside, and is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the living room with satellite TV and the dining room at the same space with air conditioning.
The kitchen disposes of all the amenities you might need for cooking lovely meals at home with vitro hob. There is also another kitchen at this same floor that you can also use, and another living room. You can also find two bedrooms, with a wide double bed each, one of them with air conditioning, a bathroom with a bath and an external bath with a shower.

At the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, two with a double bed each, one with air conditioning. The third one has two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair free of charge.

This house is located between Inca and Lloseta. The area is countryside. Inca is a little but handy city where you will find everything you might need during your holidays: bars, restaurants, different kind of shops, banks, chemists, an hospital, etc. Its so well connected because is located at the centre of the island, so you can get to any place in a very reasonable time.

We recommend to visit Puig de Santa Magdalena, where you will find a little church from the XIII century, a restaurant and a wonderful viewpoint to all the island.

If you like going to the beach, you cant miss Alcúdia bay, where you can find the following beaches: Puerto de Alcúdia, Playas de Muro, Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de San Pedro and Betlem. At all this idyllic beaches, you can enjoy different activities and water sports.

There is an external parking for 5 vehicles.
