In the urbanisation of Palmanyola, between Palma and the Tramuntana mountain range, we welcome you to this marvellous villa with private pool, which offers a holidayhome for up to 6 persons.
The 7mx4m chlorine pool has a depth ranging from 1,5m-2m. There are 4 sun loungers to slumber in the sunshine and a barbecue for great dinners on the porch. The garden is spacious enough for the kids to play. A small gym is provided with some equipment for exercise. The terrain is fenced and there are direct neighbours.
The comfortable living- and dining room offers a homely space. The air conditioning keeps the room fresh in summer. The chocolate brown couch creates a stylish contrast with the caramel-coloured wood and the white walls. The independent kitchen counts with another dining area and is fully equipped with a gas stovetop, dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect meal. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
There are three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and one with two individual beds each. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is a bath room for common use, with a normal bath tub. On request, we can prepare a baby cot and a high chair without any additional cost. The whole house is equipped with central heating.
The urbanisation of Palmanyola is situated between Palma, the capital, and the Tramuntana mountain range. It is strategically situated for different hiking and biking routes through the mountains or over the plain countryside, for visiting the romantic villages of Sóller, Valldemossa or Deià, and for merging into all cultural and leisure spaces offered by the capital of the island. Palma is well-known for its' impressive cathedral La Seu, the Bellver castle, the beautiful old town, museums, art galleries and national and international restaurants. You will enjoy visiting the beaches of Playa de Palma or Cala Major, or exploring the smaller coves of Sant Elm, Cala Estellencs or Cala Deià.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.
