This lovely cottage with private pool is situated in Lloseta, in the Tramuntana Mountains and welcomes 6 people.
The exteriors are wonderful and feature a private, 10m x 4m salt pool, several corners to sit down and relax as well as a nice porch where you can have summer dinners or a barbecue. The pool's depth is ranging between 0.7m and 2m. Enjoy lovely mountain views while basking in the sun on the loungers and take a refreshing exterior shower. There some neighbors around the accommodation.
This 100m2 sized house offers accommodation on one floor, including three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a 90 x180 m bunk bed. A cot and a high chair are available on request. The house's bathroom has a shower as well as the exterior bath.
A bright sitting-dining room with open plan kitchen is just perfect to enjoy a lazy afternoon, maybe while reading a good book or watching a film on the satellite-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a induction hob. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
The village of Lloseta nestles between the Tramuntana Mountains. At the same time, it is just a few kilometers from the city of Inca where you will find everything you may need as a self caterer. Enjoy a typical Majorcan dish in one of Inca's cellers, visit the Thursday Market and have some drinks with friends on the Plaza del Angel. By car you could visit Sa Calobra's Bay and the Monastery of Lluc. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the northern coast and to beautiful sand beaches like Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort. A car is essential.

9 guests reviewed this property. Loved our stay in this beautifully maintained, very clean villa. It had everything you could wish for a peaceful holiday. We were a family with a teenage son and his girlfriend.The addition of table tennis , hammock and pool inflatables were put to good use. It was a perfect base to explore the whole of the island. The villa was well equipped and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated, including the fresh eggs from the chickens at the side of the villa, dont worry, they dont wake you in the morning. Take notice of all the lovely embroidered pictures and mirror frames. An extra toilet would be an advantage but wasn't a problem with a family of 4. Ther are major grocery supermarkets only 6 kilometres from the property once you hit the main road towards Inca Overall I would highly recommend This property.
See more We had a very nice stay in the house. The facilities are great. And Franz and the owner of the property was very kind and responded very quickly to our questions. When we came to the house there were a little chocolate and some "bobbles" which made us feel very welcome. The pool is very nice. It is saltwater which we found was very nice. There were lots of inflateble pool animals and chairs so you can float around in the pool and enjoy. And they are already inflated. The garden and the sourondings are also very nice. There are chikens nearby so if you like to sleep late it might be a problem. The cock crows quite early. We normally get up quite early anyway so for us it was no big deal. The refrigirator was by the way full of eggs when we came. You can also collect eggs yourself. Our kids loved that. The owner came by early one morning (with we noticed it). And he alsp left a little paperbag with eggs. The house have three nice beedrooms with room for six persons. In the "master" bedroom the madresses have some kind of plasticcover which makes noice when you turn over. We found that a little annoying. We found the kitchen very well equiped - we never missed anything. The bathroom is renovated and really nice. All in all a nice house that we recommend. See more Unser Urlaub war traumhaft. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Jungs da (6 und 3). Das Außengeläde einfach genial, liebevolle Details, durch und durch mit alten Gerätschaften, der schönen Gartenanlage, den vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Essgelegenheiten, sodass man immer in der Sonne essen konnte, den Orangen- Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen, dem Grillplatz, dem grandiosen Pool - einfach alles draußen ist ein großer Traum. Im Inneren des Hauses mangelt es auch an nichts. da es sich um ein Landhaus handelt, muss man einmal ordentlich durchlüften. Die Küchenausstattung war genau richtig (Saftpresse, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Tierfkühler, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Induktionsherd, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine). Badezimmer sauber, modern und chic (es gab sogar ein Außenbad mit Dusche!); TV mit DVD Spieler, WLAN... für uns war alles da! Und noch dazu ein toller Willkommensgruß mit Sekt, einem vollen Obstkorb und Kaffee-Kapseln, dazu alle 2-3 Tage frische Eier von den Hühnern, was will man mehr. See more Wir sind mit zwei Familien und zwei Kleinkindern gereist und haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Es gibt Hühner, Zitronenbäume, Olivenbäume, Feigen und eine Dattelpalme und jede Menge Rosmarin. Die Aussensanlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und hat eine Reinigungsanlage. Da er nach hinten immer tiefer wird, können die Kinder auch sehr schön darin plantschen. Der Grill ist ebenfalls sauber und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Zitronenbäume haben super leckere Zitronen geliefert und die Hühner sehr leckere Eier. Alle zwei Tage kamen eine Dame und ein Herr, die sich liebevoll um die Aussensanlage gekümmert haben und uns die Eier angeboten haben. Das Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Einzig ein Schlafzimmer hat etwas muffig gerochen, aber es war sauber. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!
See more Det eneste negative der kan være tale om ved dette sted, er galende haner fra tidlig morgen til sen aften, men det kan jo også have sin charme. Helt igennem fantastisk hus med en velplejet og interessant grund. Super dejligt pool område.
See more The owners went above and beyond by providing several bottles of wine, fresh eggs, a gigantic ensaïmada (local pastry), and other supplies (including nappies for our baby!) for our arrival. These little touches go a long way to making you feel welcome! All facilities were in good condition and the pool shed was even stocked with inflatables for kids and adults! Would definitely stay here again!
