Villa Crestaix

This rustic villa which is located in a wonderful spot of northern Mallorca offers the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
The one-storey house, with 187 m2, has two bedrooms. It is perfect for couples with children or small groups of friends. Both bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, and none of them has air conditioning. There is a complete bathroom with bathtub. It is a plain house but it counts with everything you may need for making the most of your stay in Mallorca.

There is a warm atmosphere in the villa and the area is very peaceful. It is the perfect choice for those seeking relax. Sit in the living room and enjoy reading a good, watching TV or even your own movies with the DVD player. The adjoining dining area is furnished with a rustic table and it is the perfect place to have meals with family and friends. The open-plan kitchen has everything you could need to cook during your holidays: coffee machine, toaster, gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator with freezer. Obviously there are also washing machine, iron and iron board. There is enough space to park two cares outside the house, in the finca, but it is not covered. Pets are allowed. The house features two electric radiators.

Outside the house it is really beautiful: go out and make a barbecue, swim or just relax by the pool. There are terraces surrounding the house. The porch is furnished with a table and 4 seats. In the pool area there is another table with 4 more chairs, where you can drink something while the others have a dip in the swimming pool (8 x 3 meters). This are also counts with 4 sun loungers where you can bask in the sun. Because the house is located in a urbanization, there are direct neighbours, but the house and its installations are private.

The urbanization where the house is located is called Crestatx and it is only 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close, only 10.6 km far. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, and you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.

In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença.
