La casa è molto grande e ben arredata. Non manca nulla, si trova in un piccolo e carino paese a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. La piscina non è grande ma comunque un plus che fa comodo, specialmente se si hanno figli. Ottimo il servizio offerto dal referente che fa trovare anche un cesto di benvenuto con cibi e bevande. L'auto è indispensabile.

A few kilometres from S'Illot Beach sets this modern and mediterranean styled villa in Son Carrió, offering a second home for 6 guests.
Start your day with a refreshing bath in the private, 7m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m till 1.8m. Spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the six loungers and have a refreshing exterior shower in between times. There is a furnished porch where to make a tasty barbecue, surprising your family and friends. This modern villa is located in a quiet urbanisation with direct neighbours.
The porch gives access to a stylish sitting-dining room where you can watch a film on the satellite-TV. The kitchen, including an induction hob, is fully equipped. There is a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet is located on the ground floor.
A staircase leads from the bright living area to the first floor with three twin bedrooms, all of them with wardrobe or dressing room and fan. Besides, the first bedroom has a bath en-suite with bathtub and access to a terrace. There's a second bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. A cot and a high chair can be provided on request.
The small town of Son Carrió is near Sant Llorenç and just a few minutes driving from the fine grained sand beaches of Sa Coma and S'Illot. Both offer a wide range of cafés, shops and restaurants. The golf course of Son Servera and Pula Golf are within a radius of approximately 10 km. More spots of touristic interest are the Drac Caves in Porto Cristo, the safari zoo in Cala Millor and the charming medieval village of Artà.

Dislike · There was no air con so it was far too hot. No instructions for the bins so couldn’t sort them. An information pack to show how to work appliances would have been helpful.

See more Das Ferienhaus an sich ist wunderschön. Die Einrichtung und der Pool wirklich klasse. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel,das haben wir abends manchmal vermisst. Ein Restaurant ist fusslaeufig erreichbar, haben wir jedoch nicht probiert. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, um den wunderschönen Osten Mallorcas zu erkunden. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht angetroffen, Beschreibung Anfahrt und Schluesseluebergabe verliefen aber reibungslos. Einmal wöchentlich wird der Pool gereinigt. Es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden, die Ausstattung der Küche auch ok. Kann diese Haus gern weiterempfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt mit einem 6 jährigen.

See more Das Haus ist wirklich toll ? Ein bisschen abgelegen aber mit dem Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Was leider ein bisschen negativ ist , ist die Garagen Einfahrt weil man dort über einen hohen Bordstein fahren muss, wo wir das eine oder andere mal aufgesetzt haben. Ansonsten sher schön und ein Daumen hoch ??
