Majestic rustic villa, with private pool and it can accommodate up to 6 guests, on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç de Cardassar.
This country house is ideal for those who wish to rest in absolute calm and privacy. The jewel of the exteriors is the private chlorine pool, 10 x 4 m big and from 0.5 to 1.8 m depth. In its surroundings there are up to 10 sun loungers to sunbathe as well as a table with chairs for your breakfasts. In front of the stone construction, another furnished area invites you to prepare tasty barbecues.

The house, which has beautiful stone rooms, features two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with TV-SAT and wooden stove. Immediately after, you gain access to the dining room with a big dining table for its best banquets. On the other side of that stay, there you have the kitchen, equipped with gas hob and a bar with stools. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 dormitories on the upper floor, all of them with wardrobe and air conditioning (just fresh-air). Three of the bedrooms are with a double bed and the last one with a single bed. One of the double-bed dormitory features an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. There are also two more bathroom with shower, one per floor. There are a cot and a high chair available.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a little village from the southeast of the island. In it you will find the essential services such as supermarket, restaurants and bars. On Thursdays there is the weekly street market in which you can acquire all types of articles like fresh fruit and vegetables.The villa is located into the way to the beautiful beaches of Sa Coma / S’Illot, at about 7.5 km, Cala Morlanda or Cala Millor. The Cuevas del Drach are another marvel in its nearby that it is worth a visit.

The A/C is available from 9 pm to 7 am as it works by solar panels.
