First the bad bit. The directions to the villa are correct, but when you arrive it is signed Villa Estades Gran one side and Le Sort the other, no mention of Sa Sort den Tomeu. I hope they fix this. Having found the place it all got a lot better. The garden and pool are lovely, and there is a great area to sit out by the bbq, specially good in the evening. There is plenty of room inside for eight people and the kitchen has everything you might need. The situation of the villa was fine for us. You are three minutes drive to Lydle and Eroski, and about ten minutes drive to the beach at Port de Pollenca which is great for kids. It is set well off the road and is very peaceful. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend staying here.”

Would you like to spend the nicest vacation in Pollensa? Then, this fantastic country house on the outskirts of the village, with beautiful views to the mountains and private pool is the perfect accommodation for 8 guests.
The whole finca is a piece of heaven full of greenery all throughout. The fresh and well cared grass, the trees and plants and the vine walls, over which you can admire the extraordinary panoramic to the mountains, invite either to relax and disconnect within nature or to have fun while playing ping pong. A fabulous chlorine pool is offered, sizing 10.5 x 5.5 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. The porch by the pool offers a large table and built-in benches to enjoy a delicious barbecue. The front porch is perfect for a family chat, a good reading or simply to enjoy the song of the birds. The property is fully fenced and although privacy is total, there are neighbours around.
When you enter, you find a spacious living-dining room with a traditional style that features satellite TV channels, DVD player and a decorative wood stove that highlights the character of the room. The kitchen, on the contrary, is modern and renewed, with a ceramic hob, big appliances and a table with chairs in case you prefer to enjoy your meals in here. The laundry room is independent and comes with a washer, iron and ironing board. There is a bathtub bathroom with a bidet and a toilet for the whole house. There are 4 bedrooms to help you to recover after a day full of activities. All of them come with AC and a closet. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom with bidet as well as direct access to the garden. The other three have two twin beds each, and one has exit to the garden as well. if you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available.
Pollensa is one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca. Summer nights invite to enjoy a walk throughout the streets characterised but the historical monuments and the ancient traditions, the classical music concerts and lots of shops, bars and restaurants with their terraces. However, coldest months also are perfect for a visit, specially for those willing to know the mountains and the hiking and biking routes. Some rain and cold can be your best ally and not a problem! About 10 minutes away by car you reach the beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç or Puerto de Pollença, with their white sand and clear water.
