Amazing villa on the outskirts of Felanitx with room for 7 guests, private pool and fantastic porches to enjoy great evenings.
The exterior area of this villa will allow you to relax either sunbathing on the sunbeds or cooling in the private chlorine pool that sizes 6 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 2.2 metres. The house also offers several furnished porches where you can organise nice evenings by the BBQ and with a cool drink.
The rustic styled house offers a great living - dining room where you can organise delicious banquets and relax on the sofas whilst watching the satellite TV or a DVD film or listening to some music. The kitchen features a gas cooktop, all you need to cook and a table with 2 chairs. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board also are here. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with a closet. One has a double bed, another two bedrooms have twin beds and the last one has a single bed. The full-size bedroom and one with twin beds also offer en en-suite with a shower. There's another bathroom with independent bath and shower for the rest of the house. Finally, a baby cot, a high-chair, one fan and oil central heating complete the accommodation.
The property is located 7 km from Felanitx, in a rural surrounding characterised by its agricultural activity. The town offers the basic services like bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The nearest beach is the one in Cala d'Or located 21 km away, although you can visit a wide range of beaches like es Trenc, Porto Cristo, Porto Colom, etc.

The house is nice and offers a great pool, especially for kids to play in due to the steps leading in. Obviously this requires constant supervision on the flipside (if the kids can't yet swim) since the pool is not gated. The location is a bit of a drawback, since the closest beach is a 30-minute drive, but this is very clear from the description. We were traveling with a group of 8 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies, and we found the house to have the perfect size for our group. We had a very nice stay.
See more Casa ideal para varias familias. Tiene todo lo principal para no echar nada en falta en vacaciones. La ubicación aunque este en el interior esta en una zona muy tranquila para un descanso perfecto. Trato rápido y comprensivo cualquier duda nos la resolvieron rápidamente. Casa recomendable.
See more Als elfköpfige Familie verbrachten wir unsere Osterferien in der Finca. Das Haus verfügt über genügend Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer, sodass für jeden genug Platz zur Verfügung stand. Auch das große Wohnzimmer lud zum gemeinsamen Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet, ist allerdings für die Größe des Hauses etwas klein und benötigt etwas Kreativität um für elf Leute zu kochen. Des Weiteren muss ich sagen, dass ich die Finca eher für die Sommermonate weiter empfehlen würde, denn die Heizkörper sind für die Räumlichkeiten viel zu klein und nicht regulierbar, was gerade für die Abendstunden etwas zu kühl ist (auch aufgrund der Kinder). Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen schönen Urlaub und trotz kleiner Unannehmlichkeiten wie ein platzender Schlauch in der Küche, waren immer ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar, die sich schnellst möglichst um das Problem gekümmert haben.
