Wonderful rustic villa for 6 people on the outskirts of Sineu, with a wonderful garden and a great private pool.
The delicacy and vivacity of the exterior area of this cottage are the great characteristics that transform it into a dream-like place. It will amaze our guests with its green garden lawn full of trees, plants and flowers and with its impressive pool surrounded by beautiful stone terrace. This is a chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 5 metres and of which water depth ranges from 0.7 to 1.7 metres. There also is an exterior shower as well as some surprising built-in sun loungers where you can bask in the sun or read a book under the parasol. Some steps away, in front of the house, the great terrace awaits to enjoy a succulent breakfast or a glass of wine under the shade of a great sail awning. And, round the house, you will find the porch where you can play table tennis and also a glass table outdoors where you for a delicious barbecue with the only company of the vast fields around. The property is fenced and there are neighbours.

The accommodation, working with solar panels, surprises with its authentic Mallorcan style due to the stone walls and floors. When you enter, you find a great living room with two sofas where you can rest or watch the TV-sat. When it gets colder, you will enjoy the warmth of the wood stove! The wooden loft over the living offers a second sitting room in a fully Mallorcan style. The kitchen is modern on the contrary, and its is equipped with a gas stove, lots of cabinets and a table with chairs for 6 people. The laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house where you will rest, all with access to the garden. Two of them have a double bed and the last one has twin beds. There is no wardrobe in the bedrooms but you will find plenty of room for your clothes in the corridor between the two shower bathrooms of the house. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

Sineu is a beautiful village in the centre of the island that becomes perfect to learn about the local habits, like for example the delicious mid-morning meal in any of the bars of the town centre. Wednesday is the perfect day for that because the traditional street market takes place, and the town centre becomes a lively place where you can buy local products. Its location transforms this finca into the best starting point to reach any point in the island, for instance the beaches in the north like Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia, the Tramuntana mountain range of the capital, Palma de Mallorca.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
