Welcome to this wonderful majorcan style house located within a rural environment, where you will find peace and calm for your holidays.

In the outside, you will find the amazing chlorine swimming pool which sizes 9,70 x 4,80 m and whose depth ranges from 1,10 to 2,70 m. This great area is completed with a chill-out terrace where having cocktails with your friends at sunset , and with a barbecue, ideal to have dinner in the outside. There is also a great lawn area where little ones could play freely. The 14000 m2 villa is fenced and as it is placed in the middle of the countryside. There are no many neighbours in the surroundings and privacy is total.

Once in the house, the Majorcan tradional styles goes on. The 275 m2 house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find a cosy living room with sofas and armchairs where watching TV or enjoying the Wifi connection. The kitchen comes together with the dining area and it is also on the ground floor. It has a gas stove and all tools and appliances you may need to cook and share family moments around the fabulous table for 12 people. There is also an independent laundry room with a washing machine, iron and iron board. There is also alarm, safe box and two cots under request.

There are six bedrooms in this house, three of them on the ground floor and the other three on the first floor. The first bedroom on the ground floor has two bunk beds for 4 people, a closet, and exit to the terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and a closet. And the last bedroom on this floor has two single beds, a closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. There are also two more bathrooms on this floor, one with bathtub and the other with a shower, for the rest of the house. On the first floor, there are the last three bedrooms, the three of them with 2 single beds, one closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and just one has exit to the terrace of this floor. Another bathroom with a shower completes this floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned as well as the kitchen-dining room.

The house is in the rural area of Son Macià - Manacor and it is ideal for rest. There are good paths for hiking or cycling in the surroundings. You can arrive to the beaches of Llevant de Mallorca very quickly, and enjoy the crystalline waters of Cala Romántica for example, only 13 kms away.
In Manacor you will find all services you need and also a great gastronomic variety.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
