Coquettish house in the mountains with private pool in Sant Elm, in the East side of Mallorca. Capacity for up to 8 persons.
During the warm summer days, you can freshen up with the exterior shower, after a dip in the chlorine pool, which measures 7,5m x 4,2m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1,8m. The pool is surrounded by a green area of artificial grass, to sunbathe on the 6 sun loungers, as well as a porch with a barbecue and a dining table, to enjoy memorable after dinner conversations with your loved ones. The terrain is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

The insides of the house are decorated with traditional elements, mixing modern with rustically style. On the groundfloor, you will find a living room with 2 sofas and one armchair, as well as a fireplace, satellite TV, a dining table for 6 and air conditioning. In the dining kitchen, there is another, large dining table, with enough space for everyone. The kitchen counts with a dishwasher, a vitro hob and all other utensils to prepare a wonderful meal with your family. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with two individual beds each, as well as a wardrobe and a fan. There is one bathroom with a bathtub on this floor, for general use.

On the first floor, you will find a second living room, with a marvelous terrace with mountain view and view on the pool. On this floor, there are two more bedrooms: one with two individual beds and a fan and another with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Both of them count with a wardrobe. On the first floor, there is another bathroom with a bathtub, for general use. There is a baby bed and a highchair, which can be prepared on request.

The house is situated in a quiet are with not soo much tourism. The sandy beach of Sant Elm is only 1,5km away and in the village you will find a small supermarket for your basic needs, as well as some restaurants and shops. During summertime, you can visit the island Dragonera, a protected area, right in front of the coast of Sant Elm. The surrounding areas are great for cycling or hiking, for example: La Trapa or Cala d'Egos. In Andratx and Port d'Andratx you will find any other services and nightlife.
