Great village house with private pool, on the outskirts of Campanet, where 6 guests can be accommodated.
Almost between the mountains, this fantastic house has an amazing view of the landscape that you can admire together with a delicious breakfast. The greenery of the garden is very beautiful and it invites to have some fun with the little ones, running or playing at the playground area. The garden surrounds the wonderful salted pool, fenced and sizing 8.5 x 4.5 metres and with a depth from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. You can swim in the pool or you can just sit on the steps to cool down while enjoying the sun beams, as well as on one of the 6 sun loungers available. There is an exterior shower to wash off the sand and salt before sitting at the table and enjoy a barbecue outdoors. Privacy os not total since there are direct neighbours.

The house combines the rustic style of the building together with the modern and warm touch of the decoration. The living room, with a large sofa and satellite TV, is open to the dining room and the kitchen. This come with a ceramic hob and stainless steel appliances. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe and two bathrooms in total, and they are distributed in two floors. On the same main floor we find two bedrooms. One has a double bed and room enough for a cot and a high chair, and also an en-suite shower bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs you reach a second bathtub bathroom and the other two bedrooms. One presents a double bed and the other two twin beds and exit to a furnished balcony with an incomparable panoramic.

The property is located in a quiet area of Campanet, but still within the village. The village square is the place for the locals daily life. there several bars and restaurants of Mallorcan traditional cuisine and the narrow streets are beautiful for a walk throughout. The Tramuntana mountain range is quite near so you can practice biking or hiking and reach the monastery of Lluc, ses Fonts Ufanes (a spectacular natural event) or the beautiful village of Biniaraix. But please, don't leave without visiting the extraordinary caves of Campanet. Inca is just 10 minutes away by car, and features much more services including its famous street market every Thursday. The nearest beaches are in the north of the island, about 25 minutes away by car.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
