A nice terrace invites you to lay down on one of the six loungers and bask in the sun. Kids can enjoy playing on the lawn area. An exterior shower is also available. Delight yourself with tasty dishes from the barbecue. This is a semi-detached house and there are direct neighbours.

The villa's interior is decorated in a modern way. For hot summer days, you can turn on the air conditioning. Sit down on the sofa, watch a film on the satellite-TV or share talks and laughs with your loved ones around the dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a vitro hob and all important utensils. The laundry area has a washer, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom, with a terrace with sea views, is located on the first floor and has a double bed and a shower bath en-suite. The other two bedrooms, on floor -1, count with two single beds and have a little window because are underground. Also on -1 you'll find the second bathroom with shower. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

Son Serra de Marina is a quiet and nice coastal town in the north of Mallorca. The beach is partly sandy, partly rocky and you can make lots of excursions along the beach, for example to the Finca Son Real or to Colonia de Sant Pere. On Son Serra de Marinas' beach there's a good restaurant. More services and shops can be found in Can Picafort, a 10 minutes' drive by car. Fridays takes place the local market where you can buy fresh groceries and souvenirs.
