Featuring a private pool, this modern cottage is in the rural area of Algaida and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
A 7.5m x 4m chlorine pool is surrounded by a terrace and six loungers, just perfect for a lazy afternoon basking in the sun. The swimming pool's depth is ranging between 0.9m and 1.7m. Children can play in the natural garden or the artificial lawn area. A lovely porch invites you to make a barbecue with your family. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

Indoors, it marries soft colors with modern equipment and the rooms are distributed on one floor. When entering, a kitchen with dining area, gas hob and wooden oven is fully-equipped. The ample living room with A/C has satellite-TV and a CD-player. A laundry features a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Two double bedrooms and a third twin room for two people makes this house ideal for 6 people. All bedrooms come with A/C, closet and have access to the garden or the terrace. The master bedroom has a safe box and a bathroom en-suite with shower and bidet. Two cots and one high chair are available on request. Additionally, there's a bathroom with bathtub and a bath with shower.

Located in the Pla de Mallorca, in the island's center, Algaida is a quiet and very genuine place. A car is necessary as you may fancy going to the Cathedral La Seu in Palma de Mallorca, to the Wednesday Market in Sineu, to the chapel Santuario de Cura in Randa or playing golf on the Son Gual golf course. If the beach is what you're searching for, it's up to you as you could go southwards and visit Playa de Palma or Can Pastilla, northwards to Playa de Muro and Can Picafort or eastwards and spend a beach day on Cales de Mallorca or Cala Marçal. In Algaida, time stands still and you will be able to enjoy the authentic face of the island. Have a coffee on the square or try a good "pa amb oli" in one of the village's restaurants.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
