Al centre de Fornalutx en plena Serra de Tramuntana es troba aquest xalet adossat típic mallorquí amb capacitat per a 5 persones.
La vivienda es ideal para gente que busca tranquilidad, quiere disfrutar de la naturaleza o practicar senderismo o ciclismo. Dos terrazas invitan a hacer una barbacoa en familia.
Los interiores de la casa lucen con un estilo acogedor y rústico como es tradición en una casa de montaña. En la planta baja hay una cocina bien equipada con horno eléctrico, cocina de gas y lavavajillas así como una lavandería con lavadora, plancha y tabla para planchar, ubicado en la terraza. El salón acogedor con las típicas vigas de madera tiene una televisión con canales de satélite y está en la primera planta, igual que un baño con ducha.
En la segunda planta encontramos los tres dormitorios, dos con cama doble y uno con una cama individual.. El más grande con acceso a la terraza y baño en-suite con ducha tiene aire acondicionado, los otros dos ofrecen un ventilador de techo. Para nuestros pequeños huéspedes preparamos una cuna y una trona. La casa está equipada con radiadores de pared en todas las estancias.
La aldea de Fornalutx se halla en medio de la Sierra de Tramuntana, en el oeste de Mallorca. Es un pueblo muy auténtico y tranquilo con una tienda de comestibles y algunos restaurantes con comida típica. Un coche es necesario para moverse ya que no hay buenas conexiones de autobús. La próxima playa de arena está en Puerto de Sóller, a más o menos 7 km. La zona es perfecta para ciclismo, senderismo y rutas en coche, visitando los pueblos de Escorca, Sóller o Deià. Supermercados, tiendas y más servicios se encuentran en Sóller o Palma de Mallorca, la capital de la isla.

This is a beautiful place in a truly beautiful village. The house is very clean with a great view of the mountains on the balcony in a very central place. You can see the village center from the balcony, its about 1 minute walk away with bars and restaurants, a small shop and a great bakery. The master bedroom has air conditioning but the other rooms do not. There are a couple of large portable fans in the villa that in the height of summer is needed. Very comfortable with great amenities. There is a contact number for 24 hour assistance with a third party who you book the villa through, they are easy to talk to if needed.
Veure mès The apartment has a very good location in the centre of Fornalutx, just a minute´s walk from the Placa Espanya with super market and cafes. A very spacious and cozy apartment with good facilities and outdoor areas (2 terrraces). Very nice place!

The apartment ist just great located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Baleares. So quiet and beautiful with cafés & local stores just around the corner. It is a huge place to stay, we had space on 3 levels and even 2 terraces where you can catch some hours of sun. The host and his stuff was very caring so whenever there was a question it was answered very quickly. We enjoyed our time there.

We rented this villa for a long period over the summer and it was absolutely perfect. The villa itself has everything one could ask for a long or short stay, it is kept immaculately clean and Ines has put careful thought into making sure you are equipped with everything you could need!! It was ideal!! It is in a great location in the quaint and beautiful village of Fornalutx, a stone's throw to the main square, but just far enough from it to remain quiet inside amidst the summer bustle and yet close enough to hear the evening's entertainment from the terrace. (There are both paid and free parking lots within walking distance of the villa; also a fantastic little grocery, bakery and pharmacy; numerous wonderful restaurants and cafes; and you are in perfect location to venture off on the incredible hiking trails in the Tramontana mountains) The villa itself (3 bedrooms) was way more space than we needed for use as a couple but the outdoor terraces alone were worth having as we used them every day!! Morning coffees as the sun crept up over the valley and the town slowly came to life, meals outside all the time, and ending the day with glasses of wine while the town square kicked off with music and festivities. We spent 5 months here and it was the most amazing place to call 'home' for our time in Mallorca...would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you Ines!!
