Beautiful location in Alcudia! Well maintained house directly on the beach/water in a nice neighborhood. Short drive to the port; would be long, but walkable in warm weather from house to port via beach. We visited in early March. House was large and well furnished. Plenty of bedrooms with different bed arrangements to fit a large group/family. Kitchen was nice, plenty of dishes/silverware although some of the a sundry items like cutting boards and oven dishes could be updated, but don't let that stop you. Appliances were good. Views of the sunrise/water from both upstairs and back yard were outstanding. Nice outside spaces. Location was great as we went and did everything we wanted and nothing was too far to travel to. Our first time in Spain and Mallorca. We would definitely rent here again.

Benvingut a aquesta bonica casa situada a 1ª línia de la mar al Port d'Alcúdia. Té capacitat per a 8 persones + 1 extra.
Dispone de un jardín con acceso directo a la playa, tres terrazas con vistas a la bahía, un porche totalmente equipado y una barbacoa.
La casa de 220 m2 distribuidos en dos plantas, dispone de cuatro dormitorios, uno en la PB con cama de matrimonio, y tres en la 1ª planta, dos con cama de matrimonio y uno con dos camas individuales, uno de ellos dispone de baño en suite con ducha. Todos los dormitorios disponen de aire acondicionado. La plaza extra se aloja en un sofá-cama. Hay disponibilidad para una cuna y una trona. Además del baño en suite, hay dos baños más con bañera que dan servicio a toda la casa, uno en la PB y uno en la 1ª planta.
El salón-comedor es muy acogedor, dispone de dos sofás, una mesita, TV-Sat, una mesa con sillas, chimenea y aire acondicionado. La cocina-comedor, independiente y de vitro, dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar sin ningún problema; también dispone de aire acondicionado. Hay lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Hay calefacción central gasoil por todo el alojamiento.
La playa de arena fina se encuentra prácticamente delante de la puerta del alojamiento. Además, está muy bien ubicado ya que es una zona que tiene todos los servicios necesarios a los alrededores: bares, restaurantes, pubs, supermercados, hipermercados, polideportivo, farmacias, bancos, playa, etc. El bus pasa cada 15 minutos en dirección al pueblo de Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença y hacia otras direcciones como Palma.
Desde la zona es muy fácil llegar en coche a otros sitios con playas que merecen la pena, como por ejemplo, Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Platges de Muro o Puerto de Pollença. El casco antiguo de Alcúdia con sus calles adoquinadas, la iglesia y las viejas murallas le encantará. Los martes y domingos son días de mercado en Alcúdia y el pueblo se convierte en un sitio bullicioso y lleno de vida. No se olvide de visitar las ruinas romanas, donde podrá ver un precioso anfiteatro.
Dispone de dos cajas fuerte y alarma.

27 hostes han valorat aquesta propietat. Chilllife passt hier perfekt. Mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern haben wir die Unterkunft bewohnt und es war ein Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt: Der Garten mit Zugang zum Meer, absolut schöner Strand und im Haus sehr viel Platz. Sehr gut auch die Einfahrt und Garage, hier konnten wir mit zwei Autos entspannt parken. Einzige kleine Abstriche war die Qualität der Pfannen (ein paar ältere waren dabei, die nicht mehr zum Induktionsherd gepasst haben) und das es teilweise etwas schwierig war, die richtigen Schlüssel den vielen Türen zuzuordnen. Ansonsten rundum eine richtig schöne Unterkunft für perfekten Strandurlaub!

Everything was amazing! The beach there is great
fantastic size place for a group of 9 adults with easy access to the beach and a pleasant walking distance into the town. plenty of amenities within the property and lots of extras such a barbecue and other equipment if needed. 3 good size bathrooms and plenty of living space inside and out.

Gran casa, especialmente la ubicación directamente en la playa es fantástica.
[+] Ganz toller Empfang. Obst und Getränke beim extrem netten persönlichem Empfang vor Ort. Sehr gute Einweisung. Es war eine super Betreuung vor Ort. Wir haben uns perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war bestens. Mehr als genug an Geschirr, Gläser und sonstiges vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ausreichend Handtücher. Es war alles super großzügig vorgesehen. [-] Die Möbel sind vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Haus war durch das Wetter etwas klamm. Dafür aber eine super tolle neue Küche. Und ansonsten gibt es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

Das Haus bzw. die Einrichtung ist, wie in den anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen , aber alles in einem super Zustand und auch wertig. Die Lage ist perfekt und wenn es irgendwie von der Belegung her passt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

House is great, as described. Localization right on the beach is fantastic.
Wunderbare Lage mit direktem Strandzugang. Haus und Interieur sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür ist sehr viel Platz und auch die Terasse haben wir viel genutzt. Dass die Kinder einfach alleine am Strand Fussball spielen konnten und wir alles vom Haus aus überwachen konnten, war sehr praktisch. Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäfte kann man alles zu Fuss erreichen, auch über einen Strandspaziergang, allerdings bis zum Hafen von Alcudia ist man schon 40 Min. unterwegs. Sind dann doch auch mit dem Auto gefahren. Fazit: Tolles Haus, würden wir wieder buchen.

Die Kaffeemaschine sollte erneuert werden. leicht antiquiertes Mobiliar. Alles wunderbar, Terrassen, Betten, Bäder ,Garten und der Strand! Es war noch ruhiger als letztes Jahr, die Pumpe war kaum zu hören! Wir kommen wieder Hierher!
Veure mès Das Haus ist BESTE LAGE ! Stilistisch passend und "alles" vorhanden! Leider ist die Abwasserpumpe(Kompressor) der in der Garage arbeitet, laut, und stört etwas die sonstige Ruhe und Stille! Aber wir werden wiederkommen!!
