Perfect location for the beach, restaurants, cycling and the supermarket. Beautiful, spacious and well equipped apartment. Very easy checkin/checkout procedure. We definitely would come back to stay again.

A 5 minuts caminant de la platja es troba aquesta casa aparellada amb terrassa a Can Picafort. Ofereix una segona llar per a 6 persones.
En esta casa acogedora y moderna puede pasar vacaciones cerca del mar y de la playa en el norte de Mallorca. El porche delantero pequeño tiene dos sillas de jardín, para pasar momentos románticos, charlando y tomando una copa de vino. Detrás, hay una terraza con sombrilla grande donde hacer una deliciosa barbacoa al aire libre. La parcela está vallada y hay vecinos alrededor.
Las estancias tienen un diseño fresco, con muebles claros y grandes ventanas que dejan entrar mucha luz. En el salón-comedor puede pasar momentos con sus seres queridos, mirando la televisión de satélite o disfrutando de una cena juntos. La cocina abierta cuenta con lo imprescindible para preparar platos sencillos y entre otras cosas hay una encimera de vitro cerámica, un microondas y un horno. Para hacer grandes desayunos, hay una cafetera, tostadora y un exprimidor. La planta baja se completa con un baño con bañera. Esta casa ofrece 3 cómodos dormitorios en la primera planta, todos con armario. Puede elegir entre dos cuartos con dos camas individuales y uno con una cama de matrimonio. Uno de los dormitorios con dos camas cuenta con un baño en-suite con ducha. Hay otro baño con ducha independiente en la planta de arriba. Si viajan bebés, facilitamos 2 cunas y 2 tronas. Hay A/C por conducto (sólo aire frío).
Mar, playa y un gran ambiente esperan a nuestros huéspedes en la localidad de Can Picafort. La playa se extiende durante varios kilómetros y es de arena fina. En la parte de Capellans puede comer una paella en la playa, escuchar música en directo en uno de los chiringuitos y extender la toalla directamente en la arena. Si le gusta andar, puede pasear al lado de la orilla hasta Puerto de Alcúdia, aunque es un camino largo. En Can Picafort hay restaurantes de todo tipo, cafés, tiendas y supermercados; en pocas palabras todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones independientes. En el mercado, que tiene lugar cada viernes, puede comprar frutas y verduras frescas, ropa y bisutería, entre muchas otras cosas.

Veure mès Ruim en goed uitgerust huis op 400m van het strand. Parkeren voor de deur. Alle ramen voorzien van rolluiken. Bij aankomst stond er vers fruit klaar evenals koude drankjes in de koelkast. Bedden lagen prima en 3 badkamers is fijn. Snelle reactie van verhuur instantie en eigenaar bij een vraag over het warme water.

Super Unterkunft mit toller Lage. Sie war sogar noch geräumiger und besser ausgestattet als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell und einfach erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel fußläufig zum Strand mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Das Haus ist hell, geräumig und gepflegt. Grundsätzlich sind die wichtigen Dinge vorhanden. Durch die Klimaanlage und zwei Heizungen lässt sich das Haus im Frühling auch gut heizen. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung lief einwandfrei und fehlende/defekte Dinge wurden umgehend bereitgestellt/ersetzt. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer zu empfehlenden Unterkunft
Veure mès Great house in walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and close to a local supermarket. Spacious and modern. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is convenient. All bedrooms are upstairs, which might be an issue for guests who struggle with walking or stairs. The agency and owner were quick to respond to questions and help with any issues. One minor downside was that some basics we’ve come to expect from other AirBnbs over the years were not provided (e.g., toilet paper, basic dishwashing supplies). Not a dealbreaker, but it would have made our stay easier to have them. Overall a great place, would come back!

Wie beschrieben sehr nahe am Meer und gute zum daheim Kochen geeignet! Wir haben uns alle in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Obwohl es nicht in der Beschreibung stand wurde uns sogar ein Babybett bereit gestellt ?

Super close to the beach and the main restaurants and also a great hub to discover other calas. We stayed with my family (4 adults and one kid) and they house had everything we needed. The host even left some water beer and fruits in the fridge for us! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you :)

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage. 3min zum Strand und in die Innenstadt. Große helle Räume, Terrasse, Küche, Badezimmer - alles. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, egal ob Familie oder Freundesgruppe. Sehr gerne wieder.
Veure mès Formentera is beautiful spacious house. The owners welcomed us and prepared some food into the fridge which pleased us after long journey. Kitchen and whole house is very well equipped washing machine, iron, dryer, grill...) The house is in the quiet location but still near to the beach. We were very satisfied. Thank you
