Gaudeix d'unes increïbles vacances a aquesta majestuosa casa de poble reformada amb piscina privada a Algaida. Té capacitat per a 6 + 4 convidats.
El espectacular patio de la casa ofrece una bonita piscina de sal de 5x3 metros y una profundidad de 1.5 metros. A su alrededor, podrás tomar el sol en una de las seis tumbonas después de darte un relajante baño. Puedes también ducharte en la ducha exterior si tan solo quieres refrescarte. Bajo el porche, puedes desayunar o degustar platos preparados en la barbacoa en la encantadora mesa mientras haces planes para pasar un estupendo día en la isla. La casa se encuentra en el centro del pueblo y hay vecinos alrededor.
Esta magnífica casa restaurada con gran estilo cuenta con 500 m2 a lo largo de dos plantas. Los elementos y las comodidades de hoy en día se funden con gran armonía con elementos tradicionales como las vigas de madera, las paredes de piedra, el arco tradicional de la arquitectura mallorquina o los suelos hidráulicos. Desde el patio entramos en el bonito salón en el que puedes descansar en uno de los sillones mientras ves la televisión por satélite. Ofrece también una pequeña mesa de comedor para 4 personas. A continuación encontrarás la increíble cocina, que está completamente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico, microondas y lavavajillas entre otros. Además, podréis comer y cenar todos juntos en la gran mesa con capacidad para 10 comensales. La cocina, por supuesto, también tiene salida al patio, y ofrece antiguos y bonitos detalles como el pozo, la pared de piedra o el botellero incrustado en la pared. La casa además cuenta con lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.
Los dos primeros dormitorios están en la planta baja. El primero tiene dos camas individuales y armario. El segundo cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y una burra para ropa. Esta planta se completa con un moderno baño con ducha. Accedemos a la primera planta a través de unas majestuosas escaleras. Allí encontrarás una segunda sala en la que también puedes descansar y relajarte mientras ves la televisión o lees un libro en el sofá. Los tres dormitorios que quedan están en esta planta. El primero tiene dos camas individuales, una burra para ropa y un original baño en suite con ducha. El segundo dispone de cama de matrimonio, colgador y baño en suite también con ducha. El último dormitorio ofrece dos camas individuales, colgador y baño en suite con ducha, igualmente original. Este último dormitorio tiene además salida a la terraza del primer piso, donde encontrarás también otro porche donde los más pequeños pueden jugar mientras meriendan. Toda la casa cuenta con aire acondicionado por conductos y calefacción central. Si viajas con un bebé podemos prepararte una cuna y una trona.
Algaida es un pueblo muy tranquilo del centro de la isla donde vas poder relajarte y desconectar en tus merecidas vacaciones. Encontrarás los servicios básicos así como algunas tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. Los viernes, además, podrás visitar el mercado semanal en la plaza del pueblo y adquirir productos locales. La playa más cercana es la de Palma, a solo 19.6 km, y si eres un amante del golf puedes visitar Son Gual a 13.3 km. También puedes visitar el monte Randa y disfrutar de las magníficas vistas de la isla.

we loved the house. It was what we wanted in order to experience the culture and history of Mallorca, while having the modern amenities also.
Property was beautiful! Smartly decorated and spacious. The kids loved the pool. Algaida is a lovely town to stay in. Quiet during the day with the town center coming alive with locals and their families in the evening. Cafes and restaurants center around the square. Enjoable to walk to a cafe in the morning for a cup of coffee. Our stay gave our family an authentic look into life in a Mallorcan village. Not a touristy place. Algaida is a good central location to explore from. Loved our stay in Algaida!
Veure mès Thought we would try somewhere else for a change as a base for cycling. Stayed with a few cycling and a few not. A great stay was had by all, location really handy for local bakery (two doors up) and a very short walk to the square which has a few nice places to eat and drink. Property was as good if not better than the pictures. Would recommend. Thanks!

A gorgeous spacious & luxurious villa, the beds are really comfortable & loved the swimming pool. Close to a lovely village square with a few local bars, bakery and a great Italian restaurant. Hosts were great throughout really good comms.

The holiday home is a really spatious and very convenient accomodation for a group of 6-8 friends or a large family, located in the heart of Algaida. Easy and simple check in. Algaida is a cute but small village so renting a car would be smart as there is no taxi service in the village. Highly recommended and a great value for money.
Veure mès This house is outstanding. You really can't fault it. It's located in the small and quiet village of Algaida. A mere 20min drive from Palma (city). Its 5 bedrooms are spacious, clean, bright and very well equipped. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. The swimming pool is excellent for both children and adults alike. It's no a pool in which you'll do laps, but it's more than excellent to relax and cool down at any time of the day. The large kitchen is very bright and welcoming. We had many excellent lunches and dinners there. A couple of tips: - Next door there's a wonderful bakery (allegedly the oldest one in town) that makes wonderful bread (Forn Sa Creu). - The village's main square has 4-5 bars/cafes/restaurants. There's activity from early in the day up until almost midnight. You can walk (2min walk) from the place to the square and just sit and enjoy the sunshine. - Most places are under 40min drive, e.g. Alcudia. Some places we visited and enjoyed a lot: - Meson Can Pedro: typical mallorqui food, well priced, excellent quality - Cal Demonis: same as above, you can walk from the house (about 15 min walk) - Can Punyetes: in Alcudia. A 45min or so drive. Excellent tapas. - Es Cruce: near Manacor. A cheaper alternative to Can Pedro (a "lechona" portion is about 7 EUR). Again, a 15-20min drive. - Es Trenc: beautiful beaches. You can get there in under 30min from the house. Last tip: avoid Arenales. That's where all the party people go to hang out (can get loud and aggressive sadly).

We stayed as a group of 10 people 6 adults and 4 children age from 4 to 16yrs . The villa is stunning and has everything and more to ensure you have a great holiday , Algaida is a lovely village with traditional values we were the only English here but that enhanced our experience as I feel we got a real feel for the Spanish way of life using local bakeries restaurants etc. We have had a truly wonderful holiday and much of this was due to what a wonderful base we had , I really can’t fault the accommodation and wouldn’t think twice about returning back we really have taken Majorca to our hearts. The mountains is a must and the restaurantD’alt des Coll is a must, the best meal I’ve had in years. Thank you to the owners of the villa
