Benvingut a aquesta casa amb magnífiques vistes al poble d'Alaró. Té capacitat per a 6 persones.
Los exteriores son preciosos y allí encuentra una piscina de sal de 9 x 2.75 m con una profundidad que va de 0.9 a 1.6 m, varias terrazas equipadas y una barbacoa para poder cocinar fuera. Desde la piscina tiene emblemáticas vistas a la montaña y al pueblo.
La casa de 220 m2 distribuidos en tres plantas, tiene mucho encanto y está diseñado con mucho cariño. Dispone de tres dormitorios, uno en la PB con dos camas individuales, y dos en la 1ª planta, uno con cama de matrimonio y uno con dos camas individuales. Todos ellos cuentan con aire acondicionado. Hay dos baños que dan servicio a toda la casa, uno con bañera en la PB, y uno con ducha en la planta 1. Hay disponibilidad para una cuna y una trona.
Dispone de varios salones con mucho estilo y bonitas vistas. El salón-comedor, situado en la 1ª planta, dispone de un sofá moderno, una mesa con sillas, TV-Sat y aire acondicionado. La cocina, independiente y de vitro, dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar sin ningún problema, también dispone de una TV (aquí no hay TV satélite). Hay lavadora, plancha, y tabla de planchar.
Alaró es un pueblo con mucho encanto situado en la Tramuntana de Mallorca. Los viernes en la plaza de Alaró hay mercadillo, donde podrá encontrar todo tipo de productos locales. Desde Alaró puede llegar fácilmente a Orient, una aldea encantadora en las montañas, famosa entre senderistas y amantes de la montaña. Hay muchas rutas rurales que empiezan en Orient. Si le gusta el senderismo, no dude en visitar el “Castell d’Alaró” que se esconde entre las montañas, descubra la historia del lugar y disfrute de una exquisita comida en el restaurante que encontrará allí mismo.
Palma es una ciudad muy bonita y muy acogedora, en ella encontrará todo tipo de comercios locales e internacionales. Para los amantes de las compras podrán disfrutar de diferentes centros comerciales, y gran multitud de tiendas. Hay una gran variedad de ocio tanto nocturno como diurno. De día puede pasear por las bonitas calles céntricas de la ciudad, visitar “La Seu” (Catedral más importante de Palma) con magníficas vistas al mar, pasear por el paseo marítimo, pasear en galera o en bici, visitar diferentes museos o galerías de arte, el “Castell de Bellver”, etc. Y de noche encontrará diferentes bares de tapeo, clubs, bares, pubs, etc.
En coche podrá llegar a magníficas playas, visitar pueblecitos cecanos como Esporles, Valldemossa, entre otros. En las afueras de la ciudad hay diferentes parques acuáticos como el Aqualand, Westernpark, y no se puede perder la visita a Palma Aquarium.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus, toller Garten. War im September 2017 dort, habe das Haus jetzt meiner Familie gezeigt. Komme gerne wieder.
A word of warning...The property is in a lovely location and great house but this property is not being booked with the host but a third party. One of the neighbours has an issue with the property being rented and leaves a radio on full blast (tuned or out) to play all day to prevent guests being outside. The host, third party and airbnb were all passing responsibility for this and so we resolved it ourselves. The fact that there is no indication that this is a third party rental and not with the host is frustrating and defeats the object of booking and working with a host.

séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison moderne et atypique. Convient très bien pour 3 couples, peut-être moins pour des petits enfants étant donné les escaliers nombreux. La vue est magnifique, que ce soit du salon ou de la piscine. Le petit village typique a beaucoup de charme mais peut d'animation. Il est facile de se rentre en voiture à Palma en 30 min. Par contre la maison n'est pas à soler comme j'ai cru le voir dans les informations et c'est même assez long pour s'y rendre (45mi-1h).

Das wirklich sehr schöne Haus, verteilt auf mehreren Ebenen, bestens ausgestattet mit eigener Garage lässt einem an nichts fehlen. Der Blick vom Pool ist unbeschreiblich schön und die bequemen Liegen laden ein zum Relaxen! Das Dorfzentrum mit sehr guten Restaurants erreicht man in gut 5 Minuten. Weiterhin kann man schöne Wanderungen vom Haus aus starten.
Veure mès Great location, Alaro is lovely, Great Architects dream of a villa, nice use of space, light airy, not particularly cosy, somewhat style over comfort. The villa itself is great, slightly smaller pool than the carefully staged pictures show, and it’s on a number of levels so it’s like living in a Stairmaster :-), but otherwise exactly what is advertised.However there are things that are not advertised which make this place somewhat disappointing. Had I known these myself in advance, I would have booked elsewhere.Dogs: Directly opposite the villa are two properties, each with 2 dogs. Every time another dog passes with its owner, all 4 dogs start barking in unison. In fairness this does NOT happen before 9am, but on a number of occasions the barking went on till the early hours.Parking: There IS a garage in the property, however a combination of the tightness of the turning circle due to the narrow roads of Alaro, the proximity and height of the kerbs directly opposite and the position of parked cars make using the garage almost impossible unless you want to say goodbye to your hire car excess from kerbing the wheels. We live in London so squeezing into tight spaces is part and parcel of my daily life, but this was a step too far, even for me. Parking IS available along the road if you are lucky, if not you’ll have a long walk to park it in the town, plus one VERY steep hill to negotiate on the way back. In fairness we were here for 9 days and only had to park away in the town on three occasions, but believe me once is enough.WIFI: The instructions provided with the WI-FI password information that the router is limited to 40GB after which the speed will be lower. What it doesn’t explain is that this limitation is 40GB PER MONTH !!!. We have two kids under 12, so have 3 iPads, a laptop and Kodi (for movies) and after 4 days of general use and a couple of movies, it had run out. What speed is left is reminiscent of 80’s dial up speeds.
Veure mès Smukt arkitekt tegnet hus med skøn udsigt over den hyggelige by Alaro. Dejlige terrasser og uundværlig pool. Et sted du må tilbage til igen og igen. Fantastisk hus med smuk beliggenhed og vi kommer igen til næste år.
Veure mès Super schöne Unterkunft. Sehr schön eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung. Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten genügend Platz. Wundervolle Umgebung. Organisatorisch hat alles perfekt geklappt.

Sehr geschmackvolle und moderne Inneneinrichtung. 3 Terrassen (Haus am Hang), auf der obersten sehr schöner Pool mit toller Aussicht auf das Dorf Alaro und die umgebenden Berge. Alles sehr sauber und gut funktionell ausgestattet. Gute Lage um sämtliche Ziele im Nordwesten (einschließlich Palma) und Nordosten zu erreichen.

Wir hatten eine perfekt Zeit in dem modernen Haus im verschlafenen Dorf Alaro. Es hat nichts gefehlt, die Übergabe und Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen !!! :)
