The villa is slightly tricky to find and the instructions supplied are not very detailed or specific. You need to look for the gate with the sign C'an Corritx on the gate, the key safe you need to open is on the left of the gate as you look towards the porperty. Once through the gate, drive straight up to the top of drive and the villa is the one on the left-hand side. Having described the difficulties we had finding the property, we need to say what a wonderful stay we had. The villa is extremely comfortable and spacious, with excellent air-conditioning in every room. The villa is well laid out, even having a dedicated office space in each of the single bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the attention detail in equipping the property was excellent. Being high up, the villa has some lovely views and is in a pretty peaceful position. The welcome pack was amazing and included a bottle of wine, water, fresh fruit, fresh coffee, milk, soft drinks, beer and much more. The owner is incredibly hospitable, nothing was ever too much trouble and communication was excellent throughout the whole of our stay. The villa was cleaned each week during our stay to an excellent standard and fresh linen and towels (including pool towels) were provided each time. We had a wonderful stay and only wished we could have stayed longer, we would definitely return.

Aquesta bonica població amb piscina està situada a la part alta d'un bell mirador a Selva està envoltada d'un entorn immillorable. Té 250 m2 construïts i capacitat per a 6 persones.
La casa está situada en la cima de una pequeña loma donde desde cualquier rincón se tiene unas vistas privilegiadas. Desde la casa se podrán ver bellas panorámicas de la Serra de Tramuntana, declarada patrimonio de la humanidad por la Unesco, así como los bellos pequeños pueblos de la sierra y el mar mediterráneo como fondo de este incomparable escenario.
La casa de una sola planta consta de cuatro dormitorios amplios; todos ellos con armarios y aire acondicionado. Dos de los dormitorios están equipados con cama doble (uno de ellos es en suite), mientras que los otros dos tienen una cama individual. A parte del baño en suite, hay otro baño completo para el resto de la casa.
La cocina independiente está totalmente equipada y tiene todos los utensilios que pueda necesitar durante sus vacaciones: batidora, tostadora, microondas, lavavajillas, exprimidor, frigorífico, hervidor de agua, vitro cerámica, horno eléctrico, cafetera eléctrica y una mesa con sillas para las comidas diarias. El alojamiento también cuenta con lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.
Tiene un gran salón comedor donde se diferencian los dos espacios: en una parte la zona del comedor con una amplia mesa y en la otra parte la zona del salón que cuenta con dos cómodos sofás y butacas. El salón es el lugar perfecto para relajarse mirando la televisión por satélite, mirando un DVD, navegando por Internet o simplemente descansar mientras contempla el fuego de la chimenea en los meses más fríos del año.
Desde el salón y la cocina puede acceder al porche y a la zona de terraza y piscina. En el porche hay varias mesas con sillas donde podrá disfrutar de las comidas de verano. En el exterior hay una barbacoa, así que no dude en organizar un día al aire libre disfrutando del buen clima de la isla.
La piscina, de grandes dimensiones, está ubicada en el borde del mirador desde donde podrá disfrutar de un refrescante baño con maravillosas vistas. Alrededor está la terraza con hamacas y sombrillas donde podrá relajarse tomando una bebida con su familia y amigos. En el patio de la casa hay espacio para aparcar hasta tres coches. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que las mascotas no están permitidas.
La ubicación de la villa es perfecta, ya que está a pocos minutos de Inca, Selva, Campanet o Moscari, donde podrá encontrar todo lo que necesita (mercados, centros comerciales, bares, restaurantes, museos…) y en mitad del campo, desde donde surgen muchos caminos para dar tranquilos paseos a pié o en bicicleta sin ser molestado. Sin olvidar que las maravillosas playas de Alcudia, Muro y Pollença se encuentran a escasos 20 minutos en coche.

Do not miss a chance to get perfect meal in Miceli restaurant in Selva which is few km far away. Best beaches we loved were Foramentor, Cala Llamp and Nikkibeach. Villa located in country side near Inca and is very perfect option for those like travelling. Be sure you are the one otherwise location could be a bit disappointed.
Veure mès The owners couldn't have been kinder or more welcoming. The house is beautifully equipped and has stunning views. The pool is large and very clean. The outdoor kitchen area is fantastic - a barbecue, paella pans and a gas oven as well as a sink and lighting - what a luxury! We had a great break and enjoyed our week so much.

we were very happy with it we loved the fact that there were some basic supplies provided when we arrived basic things like kitchen roll, loo roll, dishwasher salt , salt, pepper, sugar very basic but very annoying to have to go and buy yourself on day 1 !! we noted the equipment in the kitchen was modern and the decor was fresh the one problem - there is no privacy from the next villa at the pool there is no screen or trees to provide privacy both properties are on the same compound separated only by the driveway.because of this when you are at the left side of the pool you feel a little too close to the neighbours we only met the owner on checkout he seems like a very nice man, he listened and seems very enthusiastic he also very kindly offered to help me move our stuff to another property though i declined the offier we remarked that our only suggestion would be to construct some kind of barrier at the pool to give more privacy and he said it is a current project he is working onthe property felt fresh and up-to-datethe fly screens on all windows were a fantastic idea allowing us to keep the shutters open for most of the day the wifi was flawless but some rooms might benefit from a signal check
