The house is even better than on the pictures. House and surroundings are lovely and in excellent condition - brilliant view over the town of Soller and the landscape from the terrace. A good starting point for hiking trips or trips in general to various places of the Island. Worth the price - highly recommended.

Meravellosa casa de muntanya, amb piscina privada, situada entre els encantadors pobles de Sóller i Fornalutx, on 2+1 persones troben el seu privilegiat racó a l'illa.
Esta idílica casa, ubicada en plena montaña, consigue que nuestros invitados disfruten de la más absoluta tranquilidad rodeados de unas espectaculares vistas, mientras se relajan dándose un baño en la piscina de agua salada o tomando el sol en una de las 4 tumbonas que la rodean. La piscina es una verdadera joya, no sólo por sus 7.5 m x 3.7 m de ancho y largo y su profundidad de 1.3 m hasta 1.9 m, sino por su exclusivo entorno. El jardín ofrece hermosos rincones secretos para retirarse, una zona de barbacoa con una gran mesa de madera a la sombra de los árboles y una mesa romántica para tomar un café o un té junto a un buen libro... ¡ustedes eligen!. También pueden pasear por los campos de la propiedad, aunque es importante que cierren siempre las puertas que abran, ya que hay ovejas. La parcela está vallada y ofrece total privacidad.
La casa está distribuida en 2 plantas y decorada de manera sencilla y tradicional, aunque con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. En la planta principal, hay un cómodo salón, con dos sofás y un sillón, donde se podrán relajar viendo la televisión satélite y, en los días fríos, encender la estufa de leña. La cocina-comedor está equipada con vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico y todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar sabrosos platos. Aquí mismo encuentran la lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar para no descuidar su vestimenta. Luego, un baño con ducha completa esta planta. Los dos dormitorios se encuentran abajo, al nivel del jardín. Uno cuenta con una cama doble y el otro con una cama individual. Ambos tienen armario, ventilador y un radiador. Y para los pequeños de la casa, les prepararemos una cuna y una trona.
El hecho que este hogar esté inmerso en plena Sierra de Tramuntana, hace que forme parte del paisaje, siendo un lugar único, acogedor y de ensueño donde desconectar del mundo ajetreado. Pertenece a Sóller, uno de los pueblos más hermosos de la isla, pero se sitúa entre Sóller, Fornalutx y Biniaraix. Es ideal, obvio, para senderistas y ciclistas o, simplemente, para quienes desean maravillarse con el sonido de las hojas de los árboles y los pájaros. En Fornalutx, a 3 km, encontrarán un supermercado pequeño, un restaurante y algunos comercios esenciales. Otros servicios los encuentran en Sóller, a unos 4.6 km. En el Puerto de Sóller, pueden tomar un rico helado casero, pasear y visitar su playa. Sin embargo, no pueden marcharse sin conocer la preciosa playa de Llucalcari, situada a unos 11 km.
La barbacoa solo está disponible del 16 de Octubre al 30 de Abril, ya que del 1 de Mayo al 15 de Octubre, está prohibido hacer fuego.

Beautiful secluded property when you want to be by yourself. Looks just like the pictures, even better.
A really idyllic place. Lovely house, garden and pool. But this spot is really about the view of Soller and the mountains, which is every bit as magical as the photographs. Helpfully there are plenty of different sitting areas from which to enjoy it! You can also wander out into the nearest olive groves, which are lovely and have some spectacularly old trees in them. A fabulous place to stay!

We loved the views and outdoor space. It was amazing! Such an amazing location. We feel very lucky to have stayed there. We met the owner who was lovely. Thanks for having us!It would have been good to have a dishwasher, extra towels, washing powder and shampoo and shower gel. The mattress in the smaller room is quite lumpy and the room had a stange smell.
Veure mès The house exceeded expectations. Views are amazing and the amount of privacy is unmatched. We loved the separate areas - choose between pool, outdoor kitchen or upstairs patio. Place was clean and very well maintained, absolute dream location.note that using the outdoor kitchen (BBQ specifically) in summer months isn’t really possible, due to mallorca fire dept regulations. Shame as it is a big feature of the house. Additionally, an AC in the bedroom would be nice, and maybe a dishwasher. otherwise an incredible place!

Sehr schöne, in den Bergen gelegene Finca! Der Blick in den Talkessel von Soller ist traumhaft. Bei kleinen Problemen wurde sofort reagiert und der Vermieter war persönlich vor Ort.
Veure mès Wir hatten einige tolle Tage in der Unterkunft. Der Außenbereich mit Blick auf Soller ist wirklich ein Traum. Der Innenbereichen fällt dagegen ein bisschen ab, ist aber völlig zufriedenstellend! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, lediglich eine Spülmaschine fehlt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Veure mès We had a great stay at Son Bou located just outside Soller on the hillside. The villa is perfect - very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the outside space with the pool and the view is just amazing. The slight downside is the location - a car is essential as the property is on a busy main road making it difficult to walk anywhere from the villa (although some lovely tracks are within a KM either way). Other reviews mentioned road noise, but we didn't find this too intrusive. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Veure mès Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre und praktischer Einrichtung. Toll gelegen zum Wandern und relativ zentral zum Port de Soller - mit dem Auto. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen - den Pool, Kamin, die Katzen, den spektakulären Ausblick, etc. Herzlich möchten wir uns für die leckeren Zitronen und Orangen aus dem eigenen Garten bedankenen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Veure mès Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in der Finca. Der Pool und die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf Soller und die Berge waren atemberaubend. Die Finca hat alles, was man braucht und liegt super für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge ans Meer. Die Lautstärke der vorbeifahrenden Autos oder Motorräder hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Das kam eher selten vor war nach ein paar Sekunden schon wieder vergessen.

Awesome retreat with beautiful views and cosy house. We really enjoyed the outdoor cooking area and the fireplace since we had quite chilly weather. Close to hiking trails and tranquil even though the road is close.
Veure mès Beautiful place, really cosy. The garden is fantastic, with secret corners where you can relax, and an outdoor kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The place was a bit difficult to find the first time, but the hosts were very helpful.
Veure mès Really idyllic location. It's on one of the islands highest mountain passes - as such it offers expansive views over the Tramuntana mountains, and Soller town beneath. Sun rises and sets beautifully over mountain ridges. Visited in November - so pool was cold... kind of therapeutic after a day's hard cycling :-) One drawback of location...not host's fault... Motorcycles! They joyride quite persistently up the mountain at excessive speeds, loud engines not the most relaxing of sounds in a otherwise tranquil location. Really well laid out space, lots of places to sit out and enjoy beautiful views. All amenities needed to cook. Really cosy lit log fire waiting for us on our arrival. Very communicative hosts.

Als wir ankamen waren die Holzscheite bereits im Kamin aufgebaut, ein Korb mit frischen Zitronen und einer mit Orangen bereitgestellt. Wenn was war, hatten wir über die Hausverwaltung sofortige Antwort bekommen. Der sehr nette Inhaber kam und hat es gefixt. Vom Haus aus hat man die Möglichkeit nach einem kurzen Stück an der Ma-10 entlang Richtung Sóller oder in der anderen Richtung nach Fornalutx und dann weiter zu wandern. Die Außenanlagen bieten mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. In der Sonne oder aber im Schatten. Des Weiteren gibt es eine tolle neue Außenküche. Mit Sitzgelegenheiten unter Bäumen. Das Ganze abends beleuchtet. Die Küche lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Mit Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Es gibt nur ein ‚aber‘. Die Lage ist eigentlich ruhig. Nur am Wochenende sollte man sich tagsüber etwas vornehmen, da dann die Motorräder an der Ma-10 vorbei heizen. Und das ist wirklich laut. Da bringt der Aufenthalt im Garten oder auf dem Balkon keinen Spaß mehr.

This is an amazingly beautiful property. The location was great, if you want to be close to town, yet still remote with serenity and beautiful views. The house is very clean and simple, but the property is spectacular and a great place to spend time if the weather permits outdoor living.”
