Great stay in the big villa. Perfect starting point for our trips to hills. If you have car, you can get almost everywhere easily. Spacious villa with the pool. We really enjoyed stay there.

Diese Finca im Zentrum der Insel überzeugt durch den privaten Pool und das rustikal-gemütliche Flair. Sie ist ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Land.
Das Haus ist 220m2 groß und bietet 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 komplette Badezimmer. Es ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei mit Einzelbetten vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Sofa und Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet einen Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirr, Küchenutensilien und eine Kaffeemaschine. Im Innenhof kann man 3 Autos parken.
Die Terrasse ist ohne Frage der liebste Platz unserer Gäste. Es ist ein Grill vorhanden. Der Privatpool hat eine Grösse von 6 x 3 m und ist chlorhaltig. Der Ort Santa Maria del Camí befindet sich 800 m vom Haus entfernt und Sie finden dort alles wichtige für Ihren Urlaub. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und ein paar nette Restaurants und Bars im Ort. Santa Maria del Camí hat ca. 6.500 Einwohner und hat sich sein ursprüngliches Flair bewahrt. Probieren Sie auf jeden Fall die guten Weine, welche direkt im Ort hergestellt werden. An Sonntagen findet am Hauptplatz („Plaça Nova“) der lokale Markt statt, wo man frische Produkte aus der Region kaufen kann.
In 20 – 30 Autominuten erreichen Sie den Sandstrand Playa de Palma oder die Felsbucht von Puerto de Sóller. Das Tramuntanagebirge bietet viele romantische Buchten, Aussichtspunkte, Wander- und Radtouren. Besuchen Sie auch die Bergdörfer Valldemossa, Deià, Fornalutx und Sóller.

9 Gäste haben diese Unterkunft bewertet. Prachtig huis, super locatie. Wij hebben er een mooie tijd gehad! Het enige min punt is dat de riool lucht snel omhoog komt. Toch een fijn verblijf gehad!
House is immaculate and well equipped. Enjoyed our stay from the first moment we arrived. Managed to find the place quite easily from the directions given- and that was at 11pm at night when its quite dark around. House is in a quiet area. Its about 10-15mins walk from the centre of town and mostly flat so quite easy to walk. Parking was not a problem and there was even fresh eggs available when we went as there were chickens at the the far end of the garden (fenced off). Would definitely stay again- Santa Maria is a great base for day trips to other parts of the island. I would recommend the vineyard in the town. We had the tour and it was great value.

“We had a wonderful stay in this nice house. The owner is very kind and we could speak quite well with him. They served us very well. A cold day was ahead and they brought us extra blankets. We used the pool almost every day. Early spring, but fine to swim and relax. We certainly will come back one day! The village has just enough to spend a day. All around you find beautiful city's and villages. Biking (race- mtb- flat) is very popular here! The island is magnificent! ” “Thank you for the pleasant visit. We found the place very nice and hope to come back some day. The upper bathroom may need some attention regarding the smell. We found it hard to find the house in the dark. The 'name' of the house was not on any display, also not on the house itself. The address misses a house number. At least indicate it is next to number 14. It took us an hour to find it in the narrow streets.”
