General booking conditions

Ca s'Amitger Rentals acts as letting agent for the owners of the properties, or its representatives.

  • Payments

    Ca s'Amitger Rentals will send you a form for you to fulfill, and you will have to pay the 30% of the total rental amount as the deposit.

    The booking will be confirmed once the form is received together with the first payment.

    The second and final payment must be carried out at least 35 days in advance of the check-in day, and the amount to pay will be the remaining 70% of the rental total. Not complying with this condition could result in a cancellation of your reservation and, consequently, the loss of your down payment. In order to avoid any incident and guarantee the booking you must send a copy of the bank receipt to our email address.

    As soon as we receive your final payment, the booking will be fully confirmed and you will receive the property details for the check-in (Google Earth GPS points and map showing you the location of your holiday villa).

    For late bookings, less than 35 days before arrival, the total rental amount will be due at the moment of booking and can only be paid by credit card. The booking will be confirmed once the form is received together with the total amount.

  • Damage deposit

    Seven days before the check-in day, the client will receive an email with a secure link to pay a THREE HUNDRED EUROS deposit - 300€ - in order to cover possible damages to the property. (Except if there is a different deposit sum or payment type indicated in the advert, the client must follow the information shown in the advert). The client will have 24 hours to pay it. Once the vacation stay period is over, and after inspecting the property and verifying that is left in the same state it was on the check-in day, the 300€ deposit will be returned to the client after 7 days.

  • Cancellation and modification of your booking

    In case of cancellation by the client, the cost of the cancellation will be the 30% of the total amount of the reservation if this is notified earlier than 35 days before arrival; if the cancellation is notified within 35 days before arrival, the client will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.

    Any changes or modifications in your booking may lead to variable costs.

    If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

  • Occupation during the stay

    The client always must inform about the number of people that will be accommodated at the property. The maximum number of people occupying the property may not exceed the amount indicated on the booking confirmation. Increasing the number of guests without previous authorization might lead to a cancellation of the contract and does not give you any right of refund for paid rental fees. Any incident affecting the habitability of the property must be immediately notified when detected. Claims which have not been notified during the stay in the property won’t be accepted.

  • Cleaning, sheets, towels, garden, pool and maintenance

    The property will be handed over clean and provided with bed linen and towels. In rental periods exceeding 7 days, a change of linen and towels is included without extra charge. This will take place once a week after the arrival date.

    All staff responsible of the maintenance of the accommodation, as well as its facilities, has a key and is allowed to enter the property to carry out all necessary maintenance works for the stay, even if the renters are not present.

  • Arrival and departure

    The check-in time will be 4 p.m. and the check-out will be 10 a.m. of the dates mentioned before. The client, prior enquiry and authorisation by the letting agent, will be able to check in or out at a different hour.

    Whatever the reason, the late check-in after midnight of the client implies an extra cost of FIFTY EUROS (50 €). This amount will be paid by the client at the check-in time.
